- Clocking in/out can be done through app, web, and optionally sms. - GPS tracking of clock-ins - Integration with Gusto and Xero for invoice and employee automation/imports/exports - Can assign Xero invoice item to a specific customer for billing - Accurate time syncing - Easy to use and free flowing interface - Billing price is moderately sustainable - Several addons to extend the functionality
- Cannot clock in to two jobs at once, must switch or input job duration - Minimum base charge + per employee cost. Could be a little bit cheaper for cost effective business. - Unable to round up total time for the day to the nearest X minutes (not referring to clock in/out times)

Overall, I think it's good and I hope to use this software for a long time.
It is a well-organized method of scheduling both for me and my clients. It offers excellent customer service. The program has streamlined the buying and selling processes. It has a fantastic function that keeps all of my bills organized and current. My stock and shipment are both meticulously tracked, which is quite helpful. My inventory management process nearly took hours to complete, but with the use of this software, both my time and effort were saved. I finish all of my processes in under an hour. I can also spend my valuable time with my family because to this software. I am happy to utilize this software because it streamlines my workflow.
Some of the functions, according to what I discovered, require assistance during software installation, which is sort of a negative. Second, the process requires a reliable internet connection.I discovered while utilizing this system that the reporting on the back end is poor. As it takes longer to report orders, I had to manually enter some operations in order to reconcile payments. I was frequently requested to submit a feature request, which I didn't find particularly appealing.

Tracking of hours should be more clear, rest all is fine.
Being a senior researcher, I have to keep a track of my projects and their deadlines. QuickBooks provides me with all the details and services I am looking for. Moreover, their Customer service is excellent. I strongly recommend all the people involved in scheduling, monitoring and payroll management to try this platform. Surely, you wont be disappointed.

Overall we've had a good experience, the integration with QBO is when things went south.
I like that I can see staffs hours on projects at all times and can make sure we are hitting minimum FTEs for invoicing. Staff can request time off and also manage their own travel calendars.
The integration with QBO is very very bad. We have staff that from pay period to pay period they lose access to approve reports, lose classes and project codes, and some of them it says (delete) next to their name. The integration between QBO, QBT, and bill.com needs to be improved.

I have been using QuickBooks Times for my small business for over a year now, And I cannot recommend this software enough. QuickBooks Times has been a game- changer in streamlining My financial management task and has saved me countless hours of manual work. Here's why I give QuickBooks Times a resounding 5-star review. QuickBooks Times boast an intuitive and user-friendly interface, making it incredible easy to navigate even for someone with limited accounting knowledge. The setup was straightforward, and I was able to get started with no confusion.
Quick books Times previously known as" TSheets, Quick books Times is a separate app that integrates seamlessly online, enabling users to track and manage employee working hours, overtime, and time- off.
Some users may find the pricing for Quick books Times to be relatively higher compared to other time tracking solutions in the market. While it offers robust features, the cost may be a concern for small businesses with limited budgets.

Easy to use and deploy for any company of any size. The software is pretty intuitive and most staff are able to pick up and use the tool without any training. Makes time tracking a breeze and you're able to run reports and export the reports to Excel for data analysis.
Support could be better, sometimes they are hit or miss depending on who you get. Sometimes the support agent will have no clue what you're talking about and then you ask for someone else and they know exactly the solution. Support has been hit or miss for a while now.

It's been very good. Really takes the hassle out of tracking time of employees and job cost tracking.
I like how easy it is to use. It helps us keep track of job costs and employees time. Helps us with billing and payroll.
Nothing! Its very easy to use. We haven't had any issues with it in the past few years we have used it.

My overall experience with QuickBooks Time has been amazing. It has been instrumental in building a solid foundation with my work-related financials.
As someone who's not a big fan of accounting and all it's intricacies, I love how easy this software makes it to manage and track my expenses. Since adopting, I can proudly say that I am more in charge of my work financials.
I'm yet t find something that I dislike about the tool honestly. However, I wish the pricing plans were a little more affordable especially for beginners who are still not sure of which tool to adopt.

This has been a great program that our business has used to track hours worked for payroll. We have multiple offices accross several counties and it's nice to have a central place that all of the hours are entered and available for HR to do payroll. Our company has also used this program as a schedule for our support staff and it's been very helpful to able to reference who is in what office so you know who to contact when you need to speak to a specific office.
TSheets has some flexibility in how you enter in your hours worked - they can be entered manually or by clocking in and out on the website. There is also a phone app for this program, so if you're on the go then this makes it easy to still track your hours or clock in/out. In addition, when you enter hours or clock in you have the ability to choose what "job" this was for. This is especially in tracking expenses for specific projects, jobs or offices. In addition, TSheets has a Schedule function. You are able to enter a schedule for all employees using the program and can specify what "job" the time is used for on the schedule.
When I use TSheets, I open up the website and just leave the browser up sometimes for weeks at a time. The only issue I've found is that when I do that, the schedule and/or time entries do not update to the next week automatically. It has to be done manually as it will continue to show the original week until "told" to change. It does work fine if you log out though. This is a specific problem for if you leave the browser open. This isn't really a big deal - it's easy enough to either click to the next week or just log out & log back in. It just surprised me though that it didn't auto-update when the week changed.

TSheets has been a excellent tool that has provided us with metrics that are invaluable. The customer service has always been very responsive and knowledgeable.
Ease of use. Ability to track jobs, tasks and employee location and hours. We are able to run several useful reports on jobs or employees. For any given day you can find out where your employee is as well as what he was doing specifically. The employee can also add notes to their time card.
There really aren't many cons. If Tsheets offered a foreman's daily report function , that would be great.

Someone must be married to the owner of Quickbooks or slid a bunch of cash to them to get promoted by quickbooks the way they do... Thats some serious business love QB gave TSheets. And Honestly, it's made TSheets lame compared to many other competitors with great models.
Basic Simplistic easy to understand Probably the BEST customer support I've come across. As much as I complain... they've got seriously good customer support.
Not all jobs are customer based... So, this software is limited right off the bat from any complexity.. you'll have to work around and make it work and fit your needs time sheet editing - It is aweful to just see time worked... maybe when review timesheets... you want to see what was scheduled... late clockins, incomplete shifts, skipped lunch breaks... kinda big deal NO HR DATA- As I said, nothing...

I really took a leap of faith on this product because of what my businesses associates warned me about. I think that quickbooks Time is just not for certain businesses. Especially for smaller businesses with budget conscious projects that have to check time management to ensure I don't go over the payroll allotment for specific projects.
I was really excited about all of the features this product had to offer. I mean so MANY features but I was very intrigued by the possibility of me being able to utilize this as my one stop shop for scheduling/time tracking/PTO, sick leave management/project time. This seemed like a way I could closely monitor productivity to better stay in budget for projects. I was very thankful for the incredible customer service QuickBooks provided, I was able to come to the realization that this product probably was the best for the company with their truthful, honest assistance.
I really dislike the amount of redundant features advertised as individual separate features. It was frustrating to say the least. There also were quite a bit of times that I had problems with scheduling and features that work in real time. I know QuickBooks Time is advertised as being "simple and accurate" but it was far from that.

It was great and effective all through. However we didn't continue it further because of the hefty cost we incurred.
This is a full fledged HR Management Application covering end-to-end features. Using this app empowered HR department to be more effective and our employees/users got their work/service done at breeze with speed!
The price is a bit on the higher side and it gives you a burn if you've 500+ users using this application, which is what happened in our case. We have 600+ users using this.

I'm very happy with the quality, accuracy, and smooth integration with QuickBooks Online Tsheets, which imported all of my projects (jobs) and allowed me to track time accurately for each job while saving me time.
"Excellent customer service, good help line, they accommodate our demands in the office. I personally would advise my friends and relatives to use this site. Users being able to clock in independently while waiting for permissions is a victory for us. "Very easy to use, no diverting to other pages, I believe anyone can use it." Your personnel is well-informed, respectful, cordial, and upbeat at all times. They appear to genuinely care about and enjoy their work. The management is doing everything correctly.
Sometimes I couldn't start a new time sheet or clock out. Quickbooks has a few functional issues.

My overall experience has been great with T-Sheets. I especially love the customer service. Whenever I have a question, the team is readily available by chat or phone to assist me with my needs in a short amount of time. Today, I had the pleasure of working witha customer service rep who's positive energy read through the chat. She immediately brightened my day with her responses and resolved my issue in record time. She also provided me with tools so that I could have more assistance at my finger tips.
T-Sheets is an great time tracking systems for employees who work on multiple projects in the field. Our company has found it to be a great asset to recording time for employees and verifying that they are in place when expected. We also like the variety of reports it is able to generate for ease of information.
What I like least has nothing to do with the product. There are just so many features that I barely have time to find out just how much the software can do. I have no doubt that in some cases I am not utilizing it to its full potential.

We went from leased employees with ADP using their mobile app for time tracking to managing payroll in house using TSheets for time tracking. Best move I could have made. TSheets mobile is sooo much more functional than the ADP app. It is responsive, accurate and easy to use. Great GPS tracking, great for job costing and helping employees track their time to jobs accurately as they switch between jobs throughout the day.
Easy to use, functions well. The support is tremendous, they are quick and friendly and helpful. Don't let the Intuit name scare you away, they may be owned by them but they don't run their support like them. They are responsive and knowledgeable and own the issue on the first contact. They also look for and implement improvements to the product continuously and solicit feedback on new features. Our rep was great in solving some mysteries.
The reporting could be a little more robust, better formatted and adjustable to preferences.

You can manage your team's time and schedules using QuickBooks Time without a physical time clock or laborious spreadsheets. The base-plus-subscriber charge for QuickBooks Time might be too expensive for some companies, especially if they employ a very large or very small number of people. Furthermore, other companies with straightforward time tracking requirements might find QuickBooks Time to be overly complex. However, QuickBooks Time's failure to manage employee attestation in areas where employees are required to take...

Anytime we have come up against something that was not working correctly or hoped to have customized for our company, the Tsheets team was able to accommodate it, usually within a day. Amazing customer care! The Tsheets system makes hourly tracking so easy and you can quickly determine where the staff were during the day and when they logged out.
Only thing is that GPS does not track the arrival time since cannot start until person logs into Tsheets. Staff that are late say they forgot to log in. It would be good to have an option so we could track as per the scheduled start time for each employee, of course, this would only apply to the staff that have company cell phones or for anyone that is compensated for the data that is required to leave their location services on.

Being able to track my employee's time, to manage payrolls in a faster way and keeping in touch with everyone's schedule are some of the benefits TSheets has given me ever since I started implementing it in my work. And not only it works to keep track of other employees but also for myself; I can track the time that I work in a certain project for a client that needs me to give a report of my time spent on each ongoing project. In general, TSheets has been an amazing tool that keeps making my life easier and free from the stress of having to do everything manually and by myself. With this software, the amount of work is decreased and I am given a helpful tool to help me go through my day without any issues regarding employees' arrival time.
I've been using TSheets since I started working in management, and it has been a great resource for my job, to the point that it has saved me hours of work that can be spent in something different. TSheets is amazing for checking times of every employee in a digital format that is displayed uniquely on the site's main page. Its GPS tool was not something I knew I needed until I tried it, and it works...
TSheets can come off as pricey, especially for a small business like me. Its prices range from free to a large amount of money but in my opinion, its benefits are worth it and I'm not sure there is another software as supportive of their customers as TSheets. Another thing that could be improved a little bit more are the way the reports are made, I would like to be able to go deeper into a report instead of keeping it simple. But it's not that much of a problem.

Overall, while QuickBooks offers a range of benefits and features, it is important for organizations to carefully consider their specific needs and requirements before committing to the software.
QuickBooks is an excellent software product that has helped my business in many ways. The user-friendly interface and robust features make it easy to manage and track our finances, from invoicing and bill payment to generating reports and analyzing data. The integration with other tools, such as our bank account and credit card, makes it simple to keep our financial information up-to-date and accurate. Additionally, the customer support team is always helpful and responsive, which has been a huge asset for our business. Overall, I would highly recommend QuickBooks to any business looking for a comprehensive and effective financial management solution.
While QuickBooks is a popular and effective financial management tool, it does have some limitations and potential drawbacks. Some of the potential cons of using QuickBooks include:Cost: QuickBooks can be expensive, particularly for small businesses or organizations with limited budgets. The cost of the software, as well as any additional licenses or modules, can add up quickly.Complexity: QuickBooks...

In the beginning it was good. It did what we needed and the service was great. Then they got rid of their great service staff and increased their prices by double and it got more glitchy over time, not better. Too bad. lots of potential here. And for such a big company like Intuit to purchase TSheets and then cut back on quality and service and increase prices seems like an indication of their business practices. shame :(
At the beginning we had an account manager who was super helpful and did everything she could to get the software to how we needed it. We like how it works with QB and it has the functions we needed.
It would randomly clock employees out for no reason. When an employee would clock out, sometimes it would keep them clocked in. We had an amazing account manager, then with no heads up, i emailed her one day and got a returned email. I called them and they told me she no longer works for the company. I asked who my new account manager was and they said they no longer provide one and that i have to...
