Rippling did not file my quarterly taxes and failed to pay federal taxes on payroll for a few staffers. I have been financially penalized by the government.
I love that Rippling makes payroll fun, with easy to use features to download documents, see paystubs, and fun design quirks that always bring a smile to my face.
At this moment there are no aspects of this software that I dislike.

IF your willing to invest some time to set up the app it can be super helpful and make time tracking pretty much fool proof. Integration with Quickbooks was super easy.
Haven't been using it that long to discover a dislike.

Setting up each employee on their personal phone was very time consuming even after receiving the detailed instructions. The Desktop version is very hard to work with on a phone.

Not only is this the most cost effective system I've used, it's simple, straightforward and the support is outstanding.
The GPS feature to avoid clocking in from afar does not work with enough precision to be useable.
Very happy with the user-friendly ease for myself, employees, and the mobile app. Thankful for the great service.

I can't say enough good things. I'm very busy so something very powerful and simple for our company has been great.
The only negative would be, if you have employees that do not have a cell phone with data nor access to a computer to log in and out.

The team are super helpful and came at at time when another similar systwm we were using ceased trading commercally … we love ubeya and have ended up with a superior product.
Also, the date layout starts on Monday rather than Sunday, so it gets confusing when using other programs with a calendar. I've tended to put an event on the wrong day by accident.

Also, the Chat feature on the Ubeya App has never worked for my iphone 6. When I click on "chat" it simply says {"status": "Failed", "msg": "Invalid arguments.
The ease of use, thus, the amount of time it saved me. Really has been such a blessing not just for me as the Booker, but to our staff.
The color scheme can get a bit confusing, lots of different colors for different reasons (not enough staff requested, etc.).
Their customer service is great. They are very responsive and always eager to help.
Initial set up was difficult, but the folks @ Ubeya helped us quickly every time we needed it.
There team is amazing to work with and on top of every concern or need we have from an admin perspective. They assist us with customizing all of our needs as they arise.
Ubeya has saved us so much time in staffing which allows me to focus on more creative aspects of my job, which in turn has helped us be more successful.

Very simple to access, no redirecting to other pages I think everyone can be capable to use it. I like the reporting and ability to download the data, the TSheets is clean is smart.
Since I have to complain, I would say that some of the windows and sub windows scroll in odd ways and are sometimes difficult to scroll through.
Customer service is excellent, good help line, they meet our needs at the office. my self would recommend my friends and family to try on this platform.
The time off notification confused the users sometimes, when the admin changes the time off info, it should not send the notification to user, the user will get confused when did I do that.
The customer service is superb, tailoring tutorials to your needs. I've talked to several different customer service onboarding specialists and they all were great.
Having to manually add payroll mapping each time a new employee is added seems ridiculous - this should be more seemless as it syncs with QuickBooks.

Very simple to access, no redirecting to other pages I think everyone can be capable to use it. I like the reporting and ability to download the data, the TSheets is clean is smart.
Since I have to complain, I would say that some of the windows and sub windows scroll in odd ways and are sometimes difficult to scroll through.

The time off notification confused the users sometimes, when the admin changes the time off info, it should not send the notification to user, the user will get confused when did I do that.

Having to manually add payroll mapping each time a new employee is added seems ridiculous - this should be more seemless as it syncs with QuickBooks.

Ease of use is great, exporting weekly and monthly time sheets is great. Invoicing and tracking of billable hours is also great.
The only thing I don't like about the software is its tendency to "stall out. Occasionally, perhaps twice in a full day of use, I will try to stop a line of time-tracking and receive an error.
Clockify is easy to use, inexpensive, and is simple set up. It has a robust API and also provides a lot of great reports that you can customize to be as granular as you'd like.
Other tools have become problematic in the past, but it's hard to miss the on/off switch with Clockify.
Simple but very useful, for teamwork, monitoring the time of each task and each employee is excellent ... it helps the team and myself in my organization of the day.
It can be glitchy when the internet connection is weak, requiring you to log back in.
