It can be super helpful to better communication within your org and connecting other forms of communication like Facebook chat.
However, the number of times we experienced an outage was frustrating.
Support team really does an incredible job at providing super helpful information quickly and kindly. Their self-support documentation is also wonderful.
When you send a message there is a gap of 5 seconds to cancel it but once it has been sent there is no way to recall it.
There are so many features that are great for organizing your inbox. The organizational benefits allow you to be more efficient in your daily workflow.
I really did not listen to the sales rep, he warn me, literally said: if you ar going to use it only for the scheduling links features it will be an overkill.
It's super easy to use and perfect when working in team. It's basically impossible to miss any email with this software and super nice the way it looks like when using it on a daily basis.
When I try to use my Gmail now it causes a lot of bugs with moving/altering emails. This is rather annoying as I still need to use my standard email for internal emailing.
This software makes it easy to collaborate on emails, gives staff accountability, has fair audit features, and if you pay enough money, the ability to create additional roles is also pretty nice.

I have great experience with that solution, I recommended to use this solution it's totally secure and free of cost.
There is also no customer support for Gmail so if you have an error or problem you are on your own which can be frustrating at times.
Excellent overall, keeps me organized, and the ability to make folders for emails is great for organizing business records.
Can easily be hacked if your phone or laptop is lost. Hard to recover if forgot password.
The ease of switching between screens and the auto save feature is a life saver. Gmail's ease of use is wonderful for all.
I dislike the way it filters emails into spam sometimes. I have to monitor spam every so often to make sure I didn't miss any important emails.

Love it, love it love it. As a small business, it has al of the tools we need to run and operate our business.
For example, inserting code into a google doc is sometimes ugly and extremely inconvenient. I imagine there are other similar specialized use cases that should be added.
My overall experience with Google Workspace has been great. There are so many useful tools within it and it is perfect for a business owner.
We did run into occasional glitches and bugs, especially where access permissions are concerned, which can be a problem.
A really great place to work out of, ease of use is 10/10, and just really a workplace's best friend.
At times when files are imported from external apps such as Microsoft 360 for example there are loss of formatting and data types which is inconvenient.
Google Workspace is a great productivity suite that always feels great to use. We use it every day, and have always been happy with it.
It seems that it has more potential if someone would have thought a bit more on usability. The worst part in Google products is the lack of support.
The integration of Google Meets was a good addition that responded to the evolving marketplace of remote visual meetings (and at least for now it's free, which is also a great bonus).
I love having everything in one spot and the pricing is really good for me too. I like that they offer a BA agreement option as well.
The best part is that it provides all the google tools like, docs, slides, sheets, meet, and many other in this one workspace. So, by this you can make your workspace more effective and productive.
Gsuite comes with a bunch of features that makes email user friendly, secure, and professional. It has great calendar, video conference, storage, and great synchronization with the smart phone.
There are great turnkey templates that are suitable for quizzes, courses, grading and reporting. Email infrastructure is great for using inside your organization.
Its awesome, customer service is ALWAYS super helpful and help you out very quickly with any issues and its also very easy to use.

This is the sort of thing the hard drive resident application never struggled with. Conditional formatting layered up is the sort of thing that causes problems.

Sometimes i get logged out and have trouble logging back in. This is very rare but can be confusing and upsetting as everything is on there.
We utilize all that the product has to offer on a daily basis and are quite happy with the product. It helps us manage our business better and provides the tools necessary to communicate effectively.
I hate, hate, hate, hate the fact that you cannot install each app on its own. It is pointless to force people who only need Excel or Word to install EVERYTHING.

I've had a very positive experience. The help desk was able to respond to some of my questions pretty quickly, I like the functionality and my emails look good.
I have had instances where the emails sometimes end up in the spam folder or promotions folder, which can be annoying and needs to be figured out.
Mailchimp is very great software. I like how it's easy to interface, and how you can clean the data.

Because we hadn't taken much time to explore the full range of features and how to adapt them to our specific needs, we ended up with a highly defective campaign that was doomed to fail.
It is amazing and really helpful that they allow free users access to their email automation feature.
What I mean is that I'll be typing and I'll get to where I am right now, and the cursor will reset to the beginning and start type there instead. If I refresh the page, the problem goes away.

The major problem is the lack of ability to copy an email to more than the recipient. The lack of this feature is putting the continued use of this product in doubt.

Okay, but the UX is atrocious. Out of all the other helpdesk solutions I have used, LiveAgent is by far the most frustrating to set up and navigate.
Their CS is super responsive and helpful. Easy to set up, value-cost is off the chain and has the all the right functionalities I needed.
The knowledge base is ugly which makes it ugly old website. As mentioned earlier it has an overwhelming amount of features which means a little learning curve.
You can largely set it up yourself which is always a good sign. There is good separation of modules which allows you to grow into greater use of the system one piece at a time.
Before I had to answer emails, social network separately and this was lost throughout the conversations which made the support very flawed and annoying.
I love the way this whole software was built to help companies get a single solution to manage all the things to keep their clients happy. Such a nice tool and ease of use even for beginners.

Coming from lotus notes I was instantly in love with outlook. I loves its clean and simple interface.
The worst part I would say however is the app. They developed an app for the apple store and quite honestly it is slow and very difficult to navigate around compared to the desktop version.
Overall, we are very happy and fulfilled with the Outlook software as it stands now and expect it to only get better.
Crash , no easy access from my phone , new emails update rate , older emails storage , retriving the older emails or lost emails is a big deal.
As a software it is very good option. Nice looking UI, user friendly, good email management, directly integrated in Microsoft office.
The interface has too much going on. There are a lot of useless features that i needed to turn off.
What I like the best about Outlook is the ability to integrate so many other Microsoft programs like Teams and To Do. If I flag an email, it shows up in To Do as a task to go back to.
I dislike the difference in the email interface when emails are from external users.
Love that my.zoom are automatically saved into my calander which can be shared and viewed by my.superviser at any time.

Given the circumstances of the pandemic and not using the services to even log in during the last year, that was inconsiderate and unacceptable.
The data reporting on opens/clicks/etc. Is incredibly helpful to track which emails gain a good response and which time of the week works best to send to our audiences.
Very disappointing, frustrating, and countless email cammpaigns have been wasted due to Constant Contacts software rearranging and distoring the format of the original created email.
The program is easy to customize, There are plug and play templates as I like to call them. They look beautiful from the consumer side and are easy to understand from the creative side too.
I was disappointed when the dropped the event portion of their program and integrated with Eventbrite.
The software is easy to learn, use, and the templates for the emails are nice yet simple to customize. The feedback about open rates is good and it's easy to setup follow-up campaigns.
But advertised as a CRM and contact management to me. It is expensive for the purpose and you can not pay per use which is unfair to most.

There are no detailed manual to the problem that I face, and only after seeking support from the customer service the problem is fixed.
All of my clients are really happy with Zoho as they never faced any difficulty due to Zoho's user friendly user interface. I really appreciate Zoho for providing such wonderful service.
The limited versions are quite limited. Also, terrible spam filtering (filters known contacts in spam occasionally and not always catching obvious spam).
Zoho is an amazing and super complete email platform, it has a series of useful features and tools for those who work with emails, especially companies.
It cannot be integrated with HubSpot. It’s really disappointing to use it in mobile browser, difficult to read and type.

We searched for ages for software that could combine a sophisticated CRM/contact management system alongside email and newsletters - this is the best on the market.
Since I started using it recently so not very sure about dislikes. So far, I am enjoying it.
We love the ease of use and managing of the Contacts. We were able to integrate our website forms and Zapier to perform the automation needed for our Sales staff.
EngageBay is a great tool for marketing automation for small companies (finally!) and for a reasonable price. You can customize all views and see the data you want to.
Their product is easy to use and their chat support is great.
The all-in-one feature is the best for me. Having all client information and tracking results from marketing in the same place really is beneficial.
The software is great and very much extendable with API and other customization.
Nice for someone starting up. The free plan even comes with helpdesk and live chat.
I did EXTENSIVE research before picking Engagebay and they havent disappointed me. This is a tool for what I need but also that can grow with me.
The support was incredible, help us a lot to setup the different automatisation.
You can also create a custom domain for landing pages built in EngageBay - it's very important to build credibility, cause people don't want to click on unknown links.
It is easyish to use, still lacks loads of features and the way of working is sometimes frustrating compared to something like Hubspot, but that is where the huge price difference comes in.

Not only is it affordable for a small agency like mine, who works with small businesses, but it's extremely powerful, and capable of executing any strategy my team or my clients require.

Their billing platform is absolutely ridiculous. They bill your clients directly, and not the agency using the platform saying that the client is the end user, not the agency managing the account.
This allows us to better understand and track our users and help determined the best platforms to promote our campaigns.
We are now remarketing to leads that were missed during the initial buying cycle and reclaiming that lost revenue on top of increasing our close rate on new clients.

It works great in terms of keeping track of opportunities, leads, customers etc. I also like that you can log (and track) your emails, notes, calls, and the like.
There is this general issue I have (or struggle with) when it comes to Hubspot is all the different tools that they have and how they all sort of work together but also maybe not.
Deal/contact creation and management is user-friendly and easy, and love the ability to push tasks to myself. I especially love the integration with gmail.
The result is that I have to manually tell it not to enter a personal email into the CRM, which is a pain.
It helps me with my inbound marketing, SEO, CRM and many other needs. The vendor is great and customer service is incredibly responsive and helpful.
And its sometimes hard to know which "hub" you are in and whether that communicates with other places.
The online help has been wonderful. Lots of options to make your business organized once you learn it.
However, pricing & features change so I sometimes mistakenly try to get people on board whilst pricing has gone up or features are missing for the acceptable pricing.
Highly recommended for organizations of any size. Each company will find a great combination of Hubspot modules and versions.
The system is easy to use, and input data, which is great for any small business looking for a CRM that is free.

We received an email from google after that saying we sent to many emails which constitutes spam and were therefore disabling our email. I wrote and they sent the same canned answer.
It's a very good software to know when your email was viewed, how many times viewed, with what device and location of viewers. It's a very good tool to manage my sent mails.
It was slow, sluggish, it took ages to do anything. It would randomly go down and stay down for half an hour or more.
Streak is awesome and the best in class for email integrated CRM.
No sequences were the major reason to stop using Streak.
Free forever (on the individual plan) and built within Gmail are the top 2 benefits I was looking for, and Streak meets both of these needs.
An excellent service that works with your Gmail and is Free.

Its user-friendly tabs feel like home to me. I have used other software, however, I have always been in love with Yahoo mail. I love the convenience of getting my onscreen notifications.
If in the event there is an internet outage I will not have access to my events during that period. Emails received are sometimes sent to spam or trash folder randomly.
The small business is not overpriced at all and a amazing choice for beginners. They have a ton of build in temples which makes it super easy to follow.
Inbox emails wind up in spam and spam emails wind up in inbox. Deleted emails reappear and need to be deleted repeatedly.
Yahoo Mail is a great platform for managing your mail, I have been using it for more than 10 years, and I am glad by the updates that they usually made.
Its hard to track and the spam is just not filtered. I let go of my yahoo account.
Love yahoo and the versatility I get with it. The emails deliver and are received quickly, inbox and folder manipulation is fantastic and I can customize it.
Strangely, despite what I do, emails by one of my coworkers always wind up in the spam box.
I get all my important stuff emailed over, it has a great spasm filter and I'm able to archive my important info i want to keep.

I've been using the Pipefy for almost 2 years now and for me is very good and useful, I like that you can mould it accordingly to your needs and make your daily activities easier.
Automations require a new UX, maybe something related to path creations, with several steps. Today is limited and has some fails to deploy/start that frustrate the workflow creator.
Its ease of use and simplicity. It just does what it promises to do and very user friendly interface that allows me to customize it the way that I want.
I noticed there are no demonstration videos/picturess for beginners.
Easy and clean, best ui, easy to understand, easy to use in the same time with alot of features to apply.
Poor data analyses; difficult to connect to others softwares.
We are a Service-Based Business, so having a Software we can trust and is being constantly improved, is essential. I would totally recommend Pipefy.

In my 20 years I've never come across such an elegant solution as Help Scout. Everything works good, looks good.
Due to the automated change of tickets after leaving notes or replying on some of them, I ended up replying or closing the wrong ones, and in a delicate work, this was frustrating.
Its ease of use, great search with keywords in the help guide area of clients. The ticketing system is great and integrates with Infusinsoft and Trello so we can transfer information between teams.
The only real problem I've had is that the attachment system gets stuck whenever I try to upload by dragging files into the window.
The product is very well designed, easy and natural to use. On top of that, their support is excellent and they reply very quickly.
Email management is no longer a source of frustration.
Help Scout serves its purpose well. And I like the fun congratulatory messages it gives anytime a folder is cleared out.
They also made some changes to the reporting which at least made our lives a little more difficult for the type of reporting we were doing.
Escalating and de-escalating issues was pretty easy. Help Scout is a huge help for customer service, people oriented folks like me.
Help Scout integrates seamlessly with any workflow due to its options for integrations and ease of use.

This tool is wonderful for anyone who uses email for work, it is especially useful if you have multiple inboxes or a high volume of mail. The price is affordable and the value for money is great.
The 'pause' button feature does not work well - once you pause an email from a recipient, I have struggled to unpause the email which is odd.
I have enjoyed using this very much. It has saved me from forgetting important deadlines or forgetting to respond to important emails when I was not ready to.
I think I just had different expectations and ended up being disappointed.
It is very easy to use and works wonderfully with Gmail. The main pro for me is the ability to set reminders and schedule outgoing mail (rather it be a new thread or a response).
There were a few times where I would run up on my sending limit and had to wait out the month to send more emails which was frustrating.
Boomerang has been very helpful in keeping my email inbox clear. It’s great to be able to move emails out that you are not able to deal with straightaway or schedule an email for later.

I cancelled it in December of 2019. They charged me for it in January of 2020, so I called them and cancelled again.
It has powerful features and many integrations. I like the freedom to customize and the many campaign nodes make campaigns and flows very powerful.
The second strike came when our account was re-activated and AgileCRM charged us for the months that our account was locked and shutdown.
Automated campaigns are easy to set up and work well and the customer support system is effective. The experience of using agilecrm has been practical and effective, as well as being cost effective.
The tool is convoluted, a bit hard to grasp for non technical people and the customer support is some of the worst I've ever encountered.
What really impresses me, is AgileCRM's support. The support and on-boarding staff I have worked with is excellent to say the least.
There were wayyyyyy too many glitches and bugs. I had a number of bad reports in my role at a previous job using this too.
We love that Agile is easy to use and has an option to import contacts from an excel file. They makes it so easy to manage out contacts and organize our data as to who is viewing/clicking on what.
It was a good experience and the team has built a good product especially the marketing automation part is very well done.

We love that Agile is easy to use and has an option to import contacts from an excel file. They makes it so easy to manage out contacts and organize our data as to who is viewing/clicking on what.
It was a good experience and the team has built a good product especially the marketing automation part is very well done.
I like the ease of integration this product has and its functionality.
Agile Crm had finished my search for a long time on Crm software the most helpful thing I get in this is their help desk features that allow you to brighten your task easily.
Great system for tracking and following up with clients through the sales, marketing and implementation phases of the customer relationship.
Good integration with google as well as linkedin. Also it is easy to use marketing automation, crm contact, follow up for deals, + telephony and sms campaigns.
Easy to navigate, best customer service and support.
The tool itself offers some great automation features.
Agile has been a breath of fresh air when I needed something free. When I upgraded to the paid version for our company, it did everything we needed from Salesforce for a quarter of the price.
The price of the software is nice, the features from a glance look really good but once you start using them is when you are in for a surprise.

The greatest equalizer there is the award winning easily accessible tech support. Their customer service is hospitality devine.
When the time came, the emails went out in the wrong order, annoying customers I'd spent years building up and making our company look very unprofessional.
Overall a very good website to help you with your email marketing and i am very satisfied with the results.
Another refused to do so, and said that the subscriber would have to contact them to remove the block. How many people are actually going to take this extra step to receive emails.
I like the quality of email deliverability. I like the price when it is still small size list, affordable for newbie.
By that stage, I moved everything to GetResponse because of the poor support.
I like that it has some pretty form designs and that it has integration with a lot of themes and plugins for optin forms. I also like that AWeber has ease of use.
Also, it became too costly an option when trying to integrate my WooCommece store data without purchasing a $49 plugin.
The best part about AWeber is how easy it is to use. There aren't a whole lot of bells and whistles which means that it's super fast to get up and running.
I firmly recommend AWeber Email Marketing for people who needs email marketing as for it really does promote powerful and easy to use tool.

Fantastic, thorough, lighteningly fast repsonse rates and a good understaning of what our business needs are in this educational environment.
This went horribly wrong. I was not sure if it was a problem with the software or something I had done.
The benefits have been great, we invested at the same time as launching our bursary fund, so it's great to be working with super professional comms for this important group.
I use it very seldom , but find it frustrating to obtain the results I require.
Being completely new to working with databases and similarly-based communication systems the most important aspect for me has been the great help from the Support Teams.
Sometimes it's hard to spot if someone who joined is really part of the community or not.
I also like the fact that when you capture new members they update their contact details straight into the database. The software is very user friendly and is a pleasure to work with.
The team work hard to resolove any issues or queries.
I love the ease of customizing pages to look very polished and professional while utilizing the templates provided by Toucan Tech.
Data entry is straight forward. Emails can be designed by template or you can create your own and the fundraising function is superb.
Overall, ToucanTech is a brilliant product and their team is efficient and friendly.
