Good that you can allow owners access to their build site to observe progress of their build if they cant make it to site visits. I love the following features, selections, change orders, bids, budget, daily logs. All of these sections add a great deal of accountability to the home building process with great ease of use. Buildertrend has been a great tool for every department in our company. We love that we can create our own schedule templates and the capabilities/features of schedules and to-dos.

Do not use this is you have a prospects list over 1000. Etremely lacking as a CRM, reporting is terrible, customizations are so basic, and customer support is the worst I have ever seen. Even with the premium versions. The CRM system is so full of bugs and nasty little details they havent even thought about. Their webmail is the worst ever thing I have seen.

I am a pack rat when it comes to process and project documentation, and Confluence is my perfect companion for sharing that info in an easy and beautifully formatted way. Its integration with JIRA is one of the best benefits that we've enjoyed. You can highlight the text of the task in the minutes or in the project description and add it as a JIRA task. This is a good platform for documenting stuff and using it company wide. You can arrange pages in a fine manner which is good because everything stays at place then and does not become cumbersome.

It has the best prices in the market and even has a free version for small businesses. Many errors in Multi Company, bad interface between electronic accounting from México and multicompany functionality. Hard to develop reports, the product need a similar as Crystal Reports from SAP. Support does not answer questions, they stall, they deflect, and when that fails, they fall back on asking for an "Odoo only" version of the software to test the problem.

It syncs with my phone and iPad and computer so I am up to date at all times. In general I liked the intuitive software, it is a very useful tool for small and medium size companies, excellent tools and very good integration for MAC and APPLE users. Problems in integration with Zapier, poor integrations, unable to sync with google calendar, old fashion face, limited functionality of the mobile version.
