Pros and cons

Very easy to integrate our data sources like Segment, and simple to get attributes and events. Perfect for running onboarding campaign or lead nurturing campaign.
A Great Marketing Automation Platform with an amazing support team.
The UX/UI of the platform is perfect, definitely the best one we have among the e-mail senders we use.
The lack of a WYSIWYG editor for my marketing counterparts (tho I hear rumors this is coming) and event-based filters in my workflows.
The data functions and the somehow difficult interface of campaigns and flow-building.
There are not many customization options. It is also limited to users that has large customer bases.
