Sales Manago is a complex and extremely user-friendly tool, it offers vas help to any issues that may arise. We use this marketing tool for a variety of marketing efforts and it makes our job easier with the number of options it offers for different areas of the company. Has an easy to navigate interface, offers visibility to data, it is a tool that delivers value for the money paid. It is easy to integrate with other systems and offers various functionalities. As marketing automation programs go, this is one of the best out there if you really want to know where you stand with digital marketing efforts.

Cons

At the moment couldn't say anything about the downside, haven't found one yet.

Reliable marketing automating system

We had a serious delivery issue with our previous email sending service, and we had to clean our database due to years of improper handling. With the help of customer service and automatic segmentation feature we managed to reactivate about 25-30%(!) of our emails, after that we remove the useless, dead emails. The result was remarkable in the boost of email revenue. If you want an easy to use, feature rich service with reasonable price, SalesManago is your system.

Pros

It's a very feature rich, easy-to-use, integrated marketing and sales system with exeptionally good support. Very fast, helpful and competent staff and they constantly developeing the system. As I remember there was only 1 unplanned down in the last 5 years (!). I think this is an amazing achievement with a system such scale. They make free webinars for beginners wich are essential and very useful to understand how to use the tools properly. We made about 250% increase in email revenue, after we started to use the system. And we still not useing all the features. The pricing is one of the lowest compared to other solutions, and they are very flexibel. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]

Cons

The site needs a UX rethink, but we did not experienced any serious issues.

Amazing platform for online marketing for my company

I have been using Sales Manago for 12m now and I am amazed by the overall performance of the product. We use Sales Manago at different stages of building customer value: first, the platform helps managing users that we attracted to our website so that we can properly track their future online behaviour. We also use SM package for preparing and distribution of our mailings. Sales Manago provides also...

nothing substantial so far - we simply contact each other when there is anything that we don't know etc and we get quick response from the team

A tool for B2C companies

Very positive, especially for the tool's flexibilty.

Pros

Salesmanago is a tool that offers a wide range of options that a B2C company, like an e-commerce, retail or membershi-based company would need. There are many features that take only a few minutes to set up and give a high value in return. Also the connectedness of different channels is very beneficial, together with the drag&drop solutions for emails, automations, pop-ups, etc.

Cons

It takes a while to discover all features and understand how exactly everything connects.

System's user-friendly interface as well as the features, while having the extensive toolbox and integrations, makes SalesMANAGO one of the best marketing tools. Simply, this is one of those rear platforms where you see the real value for the money you pay. It's not cheap, but it's worth it. Apart from the functionalities and extensive integration possibilities with other systems, system is equipped with the reporting tools that are giving the comprehensive data to work on after the project is done (or on-going)

Cons

At certain points, Salesmanago tends to become overwhelming for the new users due to its large assortments of functions. What's more, the developers and the team seems to care to offer the new functions, but the improvements for the existing ones won't hurt. Also, not a big con, but their support team seems to be overloaded or short in people when it comes to the urgent requests for the changes or fixes.

The easy to use, flexibility and features. Is not the state of the art platform but if your Digital team and your resources are scarce this es the solution you need. The on boarding process is very smooth and clear and can be done in jus few weeks. Maybe the must impressive is the machine learning and AI module that is very powerful but at the bucket of SMBs companies. All the algorithms for recommendations are clear and straight forward.

Cons

Maybe the Con is it Customer Service even when is not bas sometimes the response is not that fast. People should be more sensitive about trying to understand the customer need and sometimes give generic nos very useful answers.

Pros

I used Salesmanago for mailing campaigns. I have no objections. I am aware that it is a much more comprehensive tool allowing for full marketing automation.

Cons

Salesmanago is quite an expensive tool. It is also not intuitive. It takes some time to get to know all the features.

Richness of features, value for money, definitely in the good target for my customers, will choose the same product today

Customer support, often very poor, lots of questions remain not answered, even if it is based on our lack of knowledge, customer support should react, we are providing lots of customers

SALESmanago is not just another sales software application. The company’s ethos, staff members, support agents, etc. all come together to offer a great package that is one of the best in the market. Our company is impressed with the high quality of the software and the great value it provides to us and our customers. Hence, we have become a partner of SALESmanago because of our positive experiences.

Cons

Some documents in the help section are not up to date. We had to fiddle around with the code, because our Wordpress-Theme is bootstrapped. Some technical skills are required.

By far SALESmanago is #1 system I have used to manage my customer relationships. I have worked with several platforms, this product handles very well with large databases.

Pros

It's simple and intuitive. The price is adequate to the quality. Their client services is hard to beat! I appreciated the simple layout and ability to drag and drop creators.

We have been using salesmanago for a year. Our company earn more because use SALESmanago :) Our adventure began because we needed customers to our online store. As a shoe manufacturer, it was difficult for us to win new customers. Salesmanago allowed us to automate our company marketing, which meant that we could easily acquire new customers and take care of the current ones.

Cons

The only downside is just the price for small businesses. It is an investment that I definitely recommend!
