Great SMS Automation Workflow

I needed to deliver content in a drip format overtime to my users. But, I also needed a degree of conditional logic and interactivity, and slicktext was able to meet that.

Pros

Was able to create a fairly in-depth automated texting experience for my customers. Loved their customer service that helped me every step of the way from onboarding to troubleshooting.

Cons

At times, this did not have the degree of flexibility that I wished. Had to occasionally find creative workarounds when designing a workflow that added complexity. But, still more than met my needs.

I've been completely happy. So affordable that I have stepped up my plan as our followers grow. Money well spent!

Pros

I love that it is so easy to send a message and watch your followers grow. Great and efficient way to raise public awareness, with notifications and a way for our followers to take action. The Support staff make themselves available, are knowledgable and patient.

Cons

I wish it was easier to attack photos and links.

Easy to use for the marketing and communicating in an effective way that's affordable and easy to use.

Pros

The open rates of text message marketing make it a no-brainer for me. Additionally, I've got to say that it's really fantastic to be at a speaking engagement and have the room text a word into their phones all at once. It's as close to automated as you can get while you're standing right there in the room. I love it! And the attendees love it because they get whatever they're texting to receive right away. We live in a "right now" world and to deliver in that way is impressive to the attendees. They love it!

Cons

Slick Text has been a wonderful provider for my company. However, I don't like it when a text word is already taken. It has only happened once but it's just part of how text message marketing works.

Easy to use and a great investment for your company

Very happy and satisfied with the investment. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to grow their business or to keep customers in the know on upcoming specials or information.

Pros

I love being able to send texts and track how many customers they reach. We really like having the chat feature when customers respond to the text. I like being able to personalize our campaign to meet to add that personal touch.

Cons

I have not found anything that I do not like about SlickText.

Stellar Customer Service, Easy to Use Platform

SlickText is a lot more intuitive than other SMS marketing platforms I've used. On the off chance that you can't immediately figure out a feature on your own, there are video tutorials for almost everything. On top of that, they also have a great customer service team. Within the dashboard is a live chat box where you can be connected with a real human within a couple of minutes. Every person I've interacted with has been super helpful.

Pros

SlickText is very easy to pick up. There are plenty of useful features, and none of them are difficult to figure out.

Cons

The analytics could be a little more detailed, but you get the basic info that you need.

The benefits of the text service comes from the user base we have as we read their reviews of how great it was having timely information of the most recent fire.

Pros

Having the option to send photos and videos is key to what we do. Unused roll over texts units answer the question, "what if we don't use all the data"? After using the Slick Text product for several months now, it has become clear that their Tech Support Personnel is the selling component of the the company! Nobody wants to buy a product and not get great after care while trying to learn it. This support team has it together!

Cons

There have been a few items that I have asked tech support to do and learned it can't be accomplished. More of a software issue than anything else however, they were able to figure out how to fix it by going above it differently.

Pros

Interface, easy to use, custom fields, ability to create segments, survey texts that are linked to contacts, tracking click rate of URLs. My favorite thing is that text messages rollover to the next month. Customer service has been superb so far as well. They are always available and quickly answer my questions.

Cons

I cannot merge select contacts from one textword to another. I don't receive a confirmation once a scheduled campaign has been deployed.

My experience with SlickText & Jessica has been one that has filled me with exhales & excited gasps.

I was able to get a lot more intimate with the folks on my list as well as grow my list. People found JOY in hearing from me and I could feel that. That's exactly what I want, especially for my purposes and objectives. Slick text made it very easy for me to say YES to them and to introducing text/sms to my business as a way to connect to the people I serve. I have already began recommending the software. I wish it was wider than the USA.

Pros

I like the geographic data the software captures. It helps me see where my opt-ins are and I'm able to cater to what's going on in their part of the world (USA). Also, the personalization, the graphs, and the knowledge of whether or not people clicked on my links. It's basically e-mail... but bite-sized, friendlier, and intimate - Exactly how I want my people to feel about hearing from me.

Cons

Being able to add personalization at the click of a button (in the composing text window) would be great, being integrated to mailerlite (my e-mailing system),

Pros

Easy to use, simple to navigate, and their customer service is top notch.

Cons

Notification alerts are almost non-existent which isn't ideal.

Increased sales by using SlickText.

Before SlickText I really struggled with lead generation. Now that I have some systems and methods in place I am now getting qualified leads and sales have doubled. in the last 2 months.

Pros

It was easy to use it with a billboard campaign. We are getting more text messages weekly.

Cons

Quite a bit of work upfront but it does pay off. When using slicktext with other platforms patience is a must.

Easy to use worth the money. I like the feature that multiple users can send out sms.

Pros

The ability to get notifications out quickly to a targeted audience. The instant feedback on clicks and downloads etc.

Cons

I bit cumbersome to transfer admin privileges but Cust service fixed us up very quickly.

Best Texting Platform

SlickText was better than the previous company I was texting with. They didn't give me any issues and were very eager to help my situation.

Pros

SlickText was super easy to get started, the platform is very straight forward and easy to use. The support team had me up and running in 1 day. I also like the analytics so I can see how my campaigns performed, specifically being able to see how many link clicks I've had.

Cons

More analytics would be a nice feature to have, I would like to see how many texts were delivered to my contacts.

Pros

This software is so easy to use and when they switched to a long number I had issues using multi-media messages but [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] was so amazing with quick responses to get the situation fixed. I was worried I had to start over with another company, but the service provided will keep me as a long term customer.

Cons

Nothing at all. It’s simple to use, the service is amazing and helps my business so much.

Love the simple unique software

The unique feature of adding and creating a link for our customers to click is fantastic, really liek the backend and dashboard area, simple and efficient to use.
