The price, the user experience, the lack of multibrand use. When I threatened to take my business elsewhere we had one call with the VP but then he stopped responding to calls and emails.
Was quite easy to understand for novice and navigate around and had easy to use and useful automated marketing features that made reaching a large audience seamlessly easy.
It felt like they were just as fed up with this crap tool as we are. Although they didn't say it, I think one of our key employees quit over the frustration of dealing with marketing cloud.
We use salesforce daily to engage with customers on a daily basis. It has been very helpful in managing customer journeys, sending and preparing emails, and getting good reporting.
Not all pending sends will list themselves under "Pending Sends," so that has caused some issues with accidentally sending the same email to the same list more than once.
It had a good native integration with Litmus. I liked the reporting feature that visually showed where users where clicking in an email.
The customer service and sales team was probably the worst I've seen from an enterprise product. Even though it's owned by Salesforce, it isn't as well integrated as Marketo.
Its very user friendly when you need to build assets with less time. I think those who have a more B2C business marketing model will find this more beneficial with the 1:1 ratio for personalization.
Further, the e-newsletters don't cooperate with Outlook, which is frustrating since both are Microsoft products.
Salesforce offers a big eco-system with lots of functionalities and a good customer overview.
Also opening a ticket with customer support is a pain, especially if you don't have a Salesforce login (I've tried both with and without.).
You are able to view and respond to emails from all of your coworkers which helps with workload management.

The best feature of monday.com is its ability to help you integrate your tasks into your calendar. The easy to use tool allows you to efficiently manage projects and meet deadlines.
The software spam your inbox with many unwanted mails. Unable to track project goals easily.
Visually stunning and satisfying great tool helps in smooth management of our projects, ditching the need for any spreadsheets and manual tracking.
We eventually stopped using this software because the UI was very limited in it's features. Our team didn't really catch on, and we abandoned the software after a year.
I really love a lot about Monday. It's clean, has a beautiful design, easy to use and just overall a great product.
Terrible with the customer service. We are now actively looking for a replacement.
I really like the beautiful, intuitive and easy-to-use interface, if you used similiar tools before you will be at ease with monday.com.
Sometimes the information gets lost on each ticket, especially on larger teams.
I love its ease of use, the ability to track by project, and the ability to customize the templates to fit your needs.
I also appreciate the ease with which participants can be added in order to follow progress of tasks. What I appreciate most is how easy it is to manipulate tasks.
IT's one of those tools you enjoy using aesthetically. For general project or product management, it works great and is super easy to figure out.
Monday is very easy to use, has excellent help and tutorials, and extremely responsive tech support. They regularly add new features and improvements.
The clarity of which you can identify the tasks necessary and the way the tasks roll up to completion. I like that it has clear large status bars that you can customize for ease of viewing.
I love how flexible and powerful Monday.com is. It is very easy to build out tracking sheets that interact with Aeschylus other and dynamically update.
And customer support/community around the platform is great, the folks at monday.com are quick to respond and help out with getting you up and running with specific needs and requirements.
I like that there are templates for a variety of project types available, and that there are many integration opportunities.
I am also a big fan of the customization available on the grids and with the premium subscription, you have a whole lot of integration and automation options available.

There were no workarounds, no forwarding to development teams for future updates, and only uncaring, unhelpful responses.
The calendar view gives me a great look at what I have scheduled. Setting up post automation is seamless and the general UX is fantastic.
There's no integration for WhatsApp Business. I think this is a huge bummer as that is the main communication channel in my country.
I have loved using Zoho social for work. The ease of scheduling all my posts in one place and just watching them zip off at a time I determine is very exciting.
So far I can't think of anything to dislike about the application.
It is really good and have a potential to be one of the best if it is not yet there.
Resize support is really bad on mobile it supports twitter on chrome it does not. Live Stream tab no idea what does it do.

Overall its been pretty good. Im not a big social media fan so I like it to be as simple as possible to get my message across.
There are times that the software has been a little buggy for us. Sometimes images fail to upload or content fails to post due to errors.
I love that I can save drafts and schedule easily. This makes my social media strategy clear and streamlined with the ability to plan ahead.
I had an issue with integrating it with all my platforms. I forget which one, but I was missing one that I had to do separately.
I was excited to start using Hootsuite for the simple reason that I needed help managing my accounts. Like the very easy dashboard and functionality.
It may be user error, but it has proved an inconvenience at times.
It is recommended for its great ability to integrate to instagram, linkedin, pinterest and Facebook.
I hate that you have to have a public page in order to schedule content for Instagram. M sure it’s something to do with Instagram settings itself but it still pisses me off.

There are premade templates that are great, and provides awesome insight on how powerful the software really is. I frequently use their social media calendar, and the project list.
What I dislike most about this software is that I cannot type extended sentences in one box. Whenever I try to paste a long sentence or paragraph the words go into the rows beneath.
I like to see a whole month's worth of content at one time. It is also super helpful that one team member can upload content and another can download from a different location.
Some features around forms are notably missing and it is hard to integrate work-arounds.
I love the low price-point and the amazing customer service they have, by far one f the most powerful low-cost database/spreadsheet tool out there.

With any software it is not always correct and sometimes if the software is not correct it can lead to issues or wrong decisions down the road.
Integrations are great, and the calendar capability was really helpful for us in communicating externally what our team was working on.
Some of the features loop to the same screens from different paths which can get confusing rather than having one path for each outcome.
I love the arranging of Workfront programming it's unmistakable and present day. It helps tons by that have some expertise in arranging your ventures.
I have been pleased with the ease of use to track my hours, plus it gives me reason to contact our account services department when jobs are not in the system.
The versatility is amazing. The Workfront installation has been configured for exactly our needs.
It's also nice to get a quick visual understanding of the progress of the overall project and the different tasks within it.
It also provides data so you can see how many projects each team member is doing, how much time is being spent, etc which is super helpful for determining a team’s efficiency.
Really like the predecessor feature that triggers actions AFTER other actions are complete. Solid budgeting and reporting functions.
Workfront has various instruments that give incredible usefulness to the clients and it is regularly profoundly tweaked to suit your requirements.
The most important thing is that their support team worked with us from the beginning to create a platform that best fits our job environment.
This is a great, customizable project management software for integrated teams. It isn't as intuitive as say, Basecamp, but it is much more powerful.
I have very good experience to use the workfront and I recommend my all the clients to use it though it is costly.

I've been using it for a few years and I keep discovering how great it is again. There have consistently been upgraded and improved since inception when it was pretty great already.

Another the major CON is that it does not have direct publication on Instagram, but offers 2 ways: via app notification (which can be annoying at times) or integration with Zapier, through a wizard.

Their billing platform is absolutely ridiculous. They bill your clients directly, and not the agency using the platform saying that the client is the end user, not the agency managing the account.
This allows us to better understand and track our users and help determined the best platforms to promote our campaigns.
We are now remarketing to leads that were missed during the initial buying cycle and reclaiming that lost revenue on top of increasing our close rate on new clients.
I love all the metrics it provides me which helps me cater my newsletter and make adjustments as needed. This is so important so I can actually alter my content for my audience.
The only con I can think of is the lack of display/functionality options in the form and landing page builder.

I have never been able to run a webinar with no inconvenients, today was the limit, I lost the work to put in a webinar 150 attendants. A lot fo money wasted because of lack of realiability.
Beside all the great functions and the excellent user experiences I really like the fast and competent support you get from Big Marker.
Also last time I was presenting at home, with another person presenting from the office. I realized when viewing the video that when my connection dropped, the webinar stalled.
I love Bigmarker's flexibility and ease of use. I also love how helpful support is when I have issues.
If it weren't for the microphone problem I probably wouldn't be looking elsewhere.

It's been a great way for me to get all of our social media put into one place. I love the ability to create content and publish to multiple platforms.
As an agency we made this platform as a recommendation to clients and now it really stinks that it no longer does what we said it could do because they took away the instagram publishing.
The tips that Loomly recommends for your posts is super helpful too. Overall, Loomly is by far the best tool we've tried (and we've tried them all) for managing over 25+ social media accounts.
The calendars seem to lose their connection to the social media account or need to be re-connected a bit too frequently. It's not difficult, just a bit annoying sometimes.
Overall this is pretty user friendly. I love how Loomly gives recommendations throughout from different social media platforms to what kind of topics to post.
My client had some issues with the notifications and it was a little unclear which settings affected which notifications being sent out.
Very happy with the product, customer service is very good and the day analytics and IG stories are available then it will be a good day.
Having to renew connections to social channels can get annoying, but that's more of an issue with the social channels and not the software.
Loomly is by far the best tool for solving client approvals. Clients love the simplicity and sometimes even take to the platform in the form of creating suggested content for you.

The IOS app is not fully functioning in the sense that a lot of the features are links to a web browser. Also the conversion website lead page is very limited.
The review portion of the software is awesome as their system does all the emailing and following up for you. Excellent customer service as well.
Someones the AI doesn't detect that a review had been left by a particular client and it continues to nudge them, much to their annoyance. These are few and far between, though.
Their software is integrated into Jobber which makes it super convenient to communicate with clients. It definitely worth the money.
During COVID when we weren't sure if we would have to stop operating and were cutting costs, instead of cancelling, the guys at Nicejob offered us two months of free service to keep things going.
The executive has helped us build our website, he knows what he's doing, super knowledgeable, professional, kind, and FAST.
There's really nothing I can think of that I don't like.
After 1 sms and 3 emails lots of them do. We gathered 103 reviews in 20days - amazing.
I had a beautiful, professional looking website created that has done wonders for my business, as have the reviews I've received through their system.

I have two major pain points with Influitive. I don't like how the overall discussion area experience.
Influitive is thoroughly dedicated to helping us achieve our goals and remarkably invested in our success. Influitive is highly responsive to our needs and is an extraordinary partner.
The team is almost impossible to work with (a far cry from the past where they were absolutely exceptional). There is a lack of caring about the customer and in expertise (even of their own software).
Influitive helps us communicate with our customers in a meaningful way at scale and reward them for everything that they do for our business.
It's a great way to create a community amongst our customers and we can get feedback on various initiatives quickly. What I love about the advocate hub is it's intuitive, easy to use and is adaptable.
Our customers love the rewards based challenges and the overall community experience. We also get a lot of positive feedback on the look and feel of our hub.
It is the perfect tool to feature your products and educational resources by putting to really good use all that gamification technics can offer.
I have been using Influitive for several years, and from my CSM to Support to engaging with others has been a wonderful experience.
Leading Advocacy SaaS Software keeps getting better and better.
I love Social Media Integration in this app because it allows me to be productive and reach out to potential new users on Instagram so I think it is a critical feature of the app.
Here is the list of features and things I like the most in Influitive. Easy to use, not complicated.
We also meet with our rep on a monthly basis and that conversation is great and informative.
The integration with different applications is also very helpful, and the support knowledge base covers most of the questions you might have on how some things work.

I like that Widen is an easy way to find assets. It is helpful for a large company--because everyone knows where to find the assets that they need.
Sometimes it gives corrupted error. I wished it could have given the corrupt error while I am uploading files.
It's works great, the API documentation is good and Widen has given excellent support on it.
My biggest complaint is with my own team because I keep having to reset people's passwords for the site because they forget them.
Widen is a terrific tool for our global team. We are able to have 24/7 access to all our assets no matter where we are in the world.

The email sent to users for users and password is through paperflite and not the customer who owns the content hub, and the risk is that it can go to spam on the users side.
The ability to create a personalized content experience for each of my prospects, makes it even more better. The overall experience has been outstanding.
I dislike the fact that I wasn't using this tool much earlier.

The templates for email blasts are very confusing.
An amazing product, excellent customer service, prompt support; you'll be a loyal customer for life.
The tablets were the only problem we encountered but customer service was very prompt to get new ones to us asap.
After learning the system and training on it we were quite pleased with the ease of use and my wife was especially pleased with the marketing abilities.
I think some of the reports are difficult but that may be because we are using it in a way that is not the way the program was desgined.
Great software and great tech support. Customers and myself are very happy with software as well as tech support.
I don't think I have any dislikes. Any questions or concerns I had were always immediately addressed and resolved.
Help is always abundant, friendly and immediate when needed. Frequent Program updates offer ease of use and opportunity for additional promotions to keep our rewards program fresh for our loyal users.

I love the ease of adding leads. I love how I can save my emails in different categories with different themes, and find them super easy.
There is no way to cancel your account and stop having your credit card charged once set up; there is no online mechanism to even change credit cards or cancel without calling the company.
It is great how it integrates with our business Facebook also. The tracking features are wonderful, you can see the click rate for each link in the email.
Worst ESP Experience EVER - Verging On Scam Organisation.
Overall the LIVE technical support and helping us with our email deliverability wins over the small technical issues we experienced.
My card was charged even if my subscription is not yet consumed. You need to review your billing system.
Easy to use, responsive customer service from an actual person - so much better than the competition.
But I would much prefer hitting a button and my desktop email being populated. I never know if an email address is bad or gets kicked back.
By far the best platform I’ve used for managing sending to large numbers of recipients. D highly recommend the platform to anyone.
Campaigner does not supply this function. The image library is very confusing.

Repeating having to call in to authorize new lists. Difficult and unnecessary process to cancel services.
I like the fact that you can set up a sales process. This give the sales people the right tools to move the prospect along.
Make sure that you take the time to make yours a good implementation. Setting things up on a good base was key to user adoption.
