I really liked how Zoho wasn't bloated and super expensive. It's just what I needed and their customer service was EXCELLENT when I freaked out after sending a campaign and needed some immediate help.
The bad thing is that it is still considered by many servers as spam, which means that those who subscribe to my mail do not receive or delay in seeing my emails because they fall into spam.
The other good thing about this software is that we can integrate with social media platforms and the best part is its price , its very much affordable for small companies.
Clunky, slow and an overall terrible user experience. From a distance, it looks shiny with a ton of functionality.
The quality for what it was is great too. Very Very inexpensive for the amount of emails you are able to send.
The user interface is clunky in places and buggy in others, and generally frustrating until you learn its quirks.
Great Product that is very easy to use and very helpful in generating sales to customer lists that you have.
It was really hard to build on campaigns without having to build the entire thing over.
User friendly interface - functionality is easy to identify and navigate. Ability to use forms and other data collection is useful.

When an email is rejected it goes into an invalid file and you cannot just move it back - you have to delete and then re-enter unless you get the customer support.
Everything from importing contacts, creating mailings, customizations and their support have been fantastic.

As a small business Acumba has hit the perfect spot where I'm not paying for expensive features that I never use The pricing structure is excellent, meaning I get excellent value for money.
There is no information about what is underhood. We are very strict when it comes to acquiring software.
This platform is super straightforward to use and the ability to use it for not just marketing emails but transactional emails coupled with different platforms is fantastic.
I go in and schedule my Newsletters, Set it and forget it.
Email marketing is what business needs and we found an effective and affordable solution with Acumbamail. The automation flows and the Integrations are amazing.
The email just provides a cumple of links to the product page with no futher information.
I was looking for a great interface with reach features for my email marketing. Acumbamail gave it all with a competitive price.
Well its a Spanish company and some of the help is in Spanish, I speak Spanish but thats kinda not the point. The API documentation is terrible.
If you are running an agency and handling multiple clients it's one of the best and most effective email marketing tool. Its easy to use and have all the required functions.
The most important thing with an email marketing solution is great email deliverability, which Acumbamail provides.
The support team seems very responsive and helpful too. All in all well worth it.
I liked the price and that I had the ability to create campaigns to reach our aurdience.

The option to also use converstional pages is awesome and integrating those into ABM programs has been exciting.
For users, there were just so many options on the admin side of things, and using it, I immediately felt lost and confused.
They've built an awesome product, which does everything you need it to - but the fact that it is fun to use DRIFT makes it an even more compelling product.
Just an awful approach to customer service and the worse experience with a vendor after 15 years in IT.
We really had good opinion on drift and we're happy to serve our customers realtime with the help of drift chat widget and qualify the leads instantly.
Drift was buggy, did not work as described with segment.io and had numerous usability problems for end-users (customers).
Drift is so simple to use and great for those individuals who are responsible for following up on leads like myself. It is so easy to track and reach out to those who are on your site.
By getting all the unique features and functionalities I can not think of anything offensive in it that could worsen my experience on it. I failed to find anything to complain about it.
Not only is it extremely easy-to-use and intuitive, but they come out with awesome tools, like the pdf feature for ebooks.
The people are incredible. They are helpful, involved, and genuinely enthusiastic.

I find Sender to be a reasonably good platform, very suitable to my needs. Most importantly they provide an outstanding customer support.
There no WYSIWYG editor for transactional emails.
They are always working to improve it. Even when I think it's working great already, they make changes that improve the experience.
I'm fairly new to email marketing. If you could include some tips or guides to avoid being mistakenly flagged as a spammer.
I selected this emailer client after checking out 2-3 others. Besides pricing(which is very competitive) I definitely loved its.
I have only used it for a while so I cannot say yet what is lacking. However, I did not find a way to tag audiences so that may be one downside.

Currently not as many template blocks as Mailchimp but i understand they are developing more over coming months.

Act-On is extremely easy to use and starts providing working data immediately. Act-On has a quality product with a friendly UI and wonderful support when the occasional question comes up.
In some cases, metrics are just a bit confusing. In particular, there's a metric that compares SEO-type things, but the explanation is inadequate.
I like the breadth of capabilities with superior customer support by both the Customer Success Manager and Technical Support.
It could have better designed templates for emails and landing pages; the ones provided are dreadful. There is a major shortcoming, though, and I think it's a fatal one: e-mail deliverability.
There may be other big brands out there, but this is a great solution at an affordable price.
As a small business testing out systems this is horrible.
And the customer support was outstanding; at times, they were reaching out to me, asking me if I needed anything or if I had seen new features that were introduced, etc.
When we tried to cancel they refused and sent the account to a collection agency...well done Act-on. Any world class software company doesn't try to trick clients into sticking with them.

Extreme ease of use and great user interface, anyone can do it from the start. We started with just the abandoned carts and are now doing weekly emails with great success.

Very good and quickly customer support. It's very efficient for our business, we have great results.
The biggest complaint that I have is with the template software. I don't think it's as full featured as MailChimps template editor.
With a user friendly interface, creating a good quality marketing email and sending it out takes less time than ever before.
We really struggle with this platform on segmenting customer groups.

Even with my grumblings above, I am very satisfied with Kartra, especially considering its competition. I truly believe it's the best value with regard to functionality and ease of use, hands down.
The lack of integration with other products, no quiz, the extra charge for bandwidth, the lack of customer service. It takes way too long to hear back.
My experience has simply been very good because of its ease in handling and the completeness of its elements.
It's very difficult to navigate. The UI is very poor and unintuitive.
Email delivery seems pretty good. Kartra keeps up with all my creative ideas for my business, it's my entrepreneurial wings.
This affects the heart of our business at a very bad time.
Funnels, sales, beautiful websites, incredible landing pages, memberships sites, shopping cart and fully integrate a complete website and sales from start to finish with lots of great analytics.
Its utterly painful trying to find certain emails in the sequence to edit them and specific landing pages. The overall structure of Kartra is a mess.
I think the Kartra team is doing a great job. I'm happy to be part of the Kartra community.

I loved the software because of its user friendly platform and versatility. It allowed me to take great notes and individualize my conversations / emails with my clients.
Their most recent "upgrade" has been filled with bugs and a lack desire to fix them. My consultants have been inundated with complaints they have passed on to ACT with no response.
It's link to outlook and ODBC is good and it is a stable, which being at the core of our business is a good thing.
The web version was a poor version of the Pro, and we haven't been able to make it available when offline, which is a frustration.
ACT! was very helpful in moving our business forward at a time where we mainly needed to focus on contact management. Now that I need a true CRM, there are better alternatives for us.
Since being taken over by Swiftpage, it has lost its credibility and support of small businesses due to its inability to integrate with existing Sage accounting software.
I like the way it helps manage my contacts and interactions.
The interface on the phone is really bad. It was very hard to get it to load fast.
Moved from desktop version to online, very happy with them having same interface as desktop version.
This application seems to have fallen apart for the past 5 years or so. Each release we upgrade to introduces countless bugs which are never addressed by the developers.
I love the fact that ACT! marketing can be customised and very rare that it falls under the promotions tab of the email recipient.
Once you cancel subscription they WILL NOT let you use your previous software you bought with your hard earned money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
I have pioneered the purchase of ACT! in my company. Back then, It offers a perpetual license per user which is great as you don't subject yourself to a monthly or annual subscription.
Email marketing has gone through how many interations. Why does every update to the software entail so much time and pain.
ACT requires the SQL to restart but that is a simple fix. If/when I have had issues I couldn't fix I just made a call and their support team was terrific in helping me.
Customer support is the weak point here. Faults and fixes took a long time.
The simple interface makes up for features and usability which it lacks in design and flash. It could use better interactivity in landing page integrations, but overall the experience is good.
Furthermore it is not able to keep records of user's comments which consequently make the users work harder and maintaining their daily tasks more difficult.

I have pioneered the purchase of ACT! in my company. Back then, It offers a perpetual license per user which is great as you don't subject yourself to a monthly or annual subscription.
Email marketing has gone through how many interations. Why does every update to the software entail so much time and pain.
ACT requires the SQL to restart but that is a simple fix. If/when I have had issues I couldn't fix I just made a call and their support team was terrific in helping me.
Customer support is the weak point here. Faults and fixes took a long time.
The simple interface makes up for features and usability which it lacks in design and flash. It could use better interactivity in landing page integrations, but overall the experience is good.
Furthermore it is not able to keep records of user's comments which consequently make the users work harder and maintaining their daily tasks more difficult.

It really is an outstanding piece of software at a great price with a super power none other (that I know of) offer and that is the ability to run multiple domains as separate entities.
It's occasionally buggy with our RSS feed. Also, the reporting sucks, as it's a whole day before analytics appear after an email send.
First of all, customer service has been fantastic. It's also great how it can work together with a number of third-party software when needed.
Sadly, Drip is totally underwhelming and getting involved was a big mistake.
Their customer service is among the best online. I know the reps by name and they are playful and helpful.
For example, we are able to automate a lot of our social and email marketing through Drip before a team member takes leave of absence so things aren't going to hurt as bad for the team as a result.
We use Drip for always-on campaigns, like our website's lead magnet. In fact, creating an attractive lead magnet for our site was super easy to do.
When a Drip support team member eventually gets back to you (usually takes days) all they do is ask dumb questions.

The lack of analytics behind campaign results, and the inability to look at results based on specific time frames. Also a lot of WEIRD bugs in the platform.
We've been happy with Sigstr's product and their customer service team. We haven't needed their help much, but when we did they were very responsive.
There are still a few things that are awkward, on the admin side.
Product features are getting better and better (site id, LinkedIn integration, etc.). Customer Service is awesome and really responsive.
Sigstr: the tool we were missing to complete our marketing toolbox.
The cherry on top is this being an open-source project that makes it a pretty nice product.

For me the best part aside the accuracy of contact information and ease of use, the support team is so lovely , quick to respond, and are always there to take care of you.
SCAM ALERT - Horrible experience with the software and with the support team. I cancelled the subscription only to find out a few days later that it wasn't cancelled and I was charged anyway.
I love that it integrates with linkedin navigator. It is super easy to use, and very efficient.
The tool came with rave reviews and recommendations - either these are all fake or the tool has become disastrously bad recently.
Had a great experience setting it up and some good talks with CS to get more value out of it.
It's constantly inaccurate - daily I am calling the numbers provided and its a wrong number. Also some people are a bit worried about how I got their details.
Lusha fits nicely into the flow for a sales development rep like myself who uses Linkedin Sales Nav heavily in my outreach. I love that it just opens up and I can choose to unlock the contact easily.
Lack of coverage - lots of profiles they have no numbers for.
Lusha was a great compliment to tools like zoom info and seamless.ai as the phone numbers would be completely different in most cases.
A real shame, and would advise against purchasing this tool as the customer service is extremely poor too. Recommend other tools such as Swordfish.

Other than the great concept of ZoomInfo in general, and the great info you can get from them, I have to say the thing I like the most is their customer service.
Not surprising that they have to trap people into giving them money given how terrible their product infrastructure is.
In North America, the contact quality has turned out to be pretty good. Websights has also been interesting to gain insights on non converting companies on our website.
The biggest con is the amount of times that numbers either aren't on there or are wrong numbers. I have dialed and got siblings, spouses, and other family members along with completely wrong people.
All and all the user interface and functionality of ZoomInfo was great. It was easy to search, I really liked the ability to look at org charts, and for the most part the info was correct.
ZoomInfo is an unethical company that does not care about its customers and relies on legal threats to intimidate its customers.
I would highly recommend Zoom for any organization that needs to prospect new potential clients. It is effective and has great plug-ins and interfaces with Chrome.
When we then tried to terminate the contract, having no need for it, and having barely used it at all, ZoomInfo was completely unwilling to work with us and threatened legal action.
There are so many awesome add on you can choose from for your account, and we love being able to search millions of companies and get direct work line and mobile dials + work emails.
Kicked it up to sales person’s manager: After 5 mins of listening, “Shoot, we’ve got you on the wrong plan. Did they change our plan and admit their mistake.
Zoominfo provides filters that are easy to use and it helps you to segregate the data as per your requirement. Integration with CRM is amazing and it works without a lag.

I liked how much information they have about a specific company or coorporation. Great to use when you need to see the ins and outs of a company.
It is very user friendly and I love the chrome extension. I think most people would be able to use this product without any training.

Mikel is the absolute best when it comes to response time and customer service. I feel like he never sleeps because he always responds promptly and is so nice and helpful.
I would say the customer service is bad. Some seem uninterested in your problem.
I love the creation of the job description and the matching prioritization and really love the outreach and e-mail automations.
I think there are still functions missing that can be added over time.
Ease of use, implementation and the support was superb. The ability to drag into the cloud from sites using the extension was very clear, easy to use and dependable.
The tutorials are boring and show all the things I wasn't interested in.
It is just so much easier, better than every other sourcing - talent finding tool I have used. Clean, easy user interface, excellent at identification, connecting with, reaching out, recording, etc.

The software always booked the wrong time. Support was unable to figure out the issue and they would not provide a refund AND were not able to turn off automatic billing.

I love the ease of adding leads. I love how I can save my emails in different categories with different themes, and find them super easy.
There is no way to cancel your account and stop having your credit card charged once set up; there is no online mechanism to even change credit cards or cancel without calling the company.
It is great how it integrates with our business Facebook also. The tracking features are wonderful, you can see the click rate for each link in the email.
Worst ESP Experience EVER - Verging On Scam Organisation.
Overall the LIVE technical support and helping us with our email deliverability wins over the small technical issues we experienced.
My card was charged even if my subscription is not yet consumed. You need to review your billing system.
Easy to use, responsive customer service from an actual person - so much better than the competition.
But I would much prefer hitting a button and my desktop email being populated. I never know if an email address is bad or gets kicked back.
By far the best platform I’ve used for managing sending to large numbers of recipients. D highly recommend the platform to anyone.
Campaigner does not supply this function. The image library is very confusing.

The drag and drop functionality for Gold-vision Connect design aspect is a bit clunky and makes it difficult to position and re-size the elements exactly how you want them to look.
The level of detail it provides, from opportunity to project delivery is great and provides all the data I need to track opportunities and projects, coupled with easy to use reports.
I find the system's appearance a bit fussy and unclear. And some of the areas of the system can be complicated to understand.
With the help of a very talented and conscientious team at GV we were able to re-create our entire project workflow system within Gold Vision with a seamless integration.
GV is a great product and costs much less than its competitors. The service we receive is excellent and the webinars are very worthwhile.
From ease of creating to extracting information, Gold-Vision is superb.
It allows us to to open tickets and follow the tickets through to resolution. The email tracking system is great so you can view all of the email contacts for each ticket at once.
I love that we can customise everything to suit our needs. We use Eventbrite for our event registrations and it works seamlessly.
Generally easy to use and implement with users, it has all of the features you could want from a CRM at a good price.

It allows us to to open tickets and follow the tickets through to resolution. The email tracking system is great so you can view all of the email contacts for each ticket at once.
I love that we can customise everything to suit our needs. We use Eventbrite for our event registrations and it works seamlessly.
Generally easy to use and implement with users, it has all of the features you could want from a CRM at a good price.

Campaign software unable to send without. Gv-c in the email - this can sometimes lead to emails being missed when people reply with the new email address in cc or bcc box.
Two best things about Gold Vision from our point of view. Customer service is outstanding - The team is very responsive and great at helping us get the most out of the system.
Terminology was difficult to understand, which made keying data into some fields a challenge. People were putting the same data into different fields because they didn't understand the titles.
Overall very good- helpful team, responsive help desk and regular updates, they are even open to product upgrade suggestions.
The drag and drop functionality for Gold-vision Connect design aspect is a bit clunky and makes it difficult to position and re-size the elements exactly how you want them to look.
The level of detail it provides, from opportunity to project delivery is great and provides all the data I need to track opportunities and projects, coupled with easy to use reports.
I find the system's appearance a bit fussy and unclear. And some of the areas of the system can be complicated to understand.
With the help of a very talented and conscientious team at GV we were able to re-create our entire project workflow system within Gold Vision with a seamless integration.

I love how seamless CoPilot integrates with LinkedIn. It's connected us to some of our best partnerships, clients, and new hires and has grown our network tenfold.
It's a waste of time and money. Many complaints about receiving Spam social media messages which is a real turn off.
The software uses my language for prospect outreach and automates the online relationship building. CoPilot has saved me time and energy and helps me be more productive in my work.
Not seemless, messages can get stuck in outbox.
Customer service is amazing, someone is always available to assist you. The ability to snooze prospects and to schedule messages for later are some of my favorite features.

But the user experience is very poor -- is built from IT user perspective but not from the marketer perspective. They are not enabled on Web.
It has been the perfect tool that provides reliable services with advanced features.
It also happens that Adobe servers crash when organizing mailing via email, which is why not all of our partners receive letters.
The different help screes along the way are great when you are trying to figure out what option to use. The layout os the apps and menus are very user friendly.
Dreadful implementation; links between different modules didn't work; sophisticated segmentation never worked in 2 years. An extremely expensive white elephant.

We are not very computer savvy and we found this to be very user friendly. The online support provided was good - friendly, quick and thorough.
Out of the box and with a below average understanding of software/applications, users can get lost.
Overall it’s a great tool and allows businesses like ours to not pay more for pricey developers we can do this ourselves for minimal cost but great results.
Sometimes the templates are different (newer) than the tutorial videos, so I can get a little lost at times.
Had a very good experience and it accomplished for us what we set out to do.
I understand having a limit on the lower tier plans, but in the full plan, having limitations on the amount o page views and or entries on the account seems rather unprofessional to me.
We were very pleased with this product and would definitely recommend it.
It was hard to track the entries through social media.

Shortstack offers a great drag and drog type page builder with several contest tools that allow us to run successful contests.

Sometimes the templates are different (newer) than the tutorial videos, so I can get a little lost at times.
Had a very good experience and it accomplished for us what we set out to do.
I understand having a limit on the lower tier plans, but in the full plan, having limitations on the amount o page views and or entries on the account seems rather unprofessional to me.
We were very pleased with this product and would definitely recommend it.

Excellent, their customer service provides just that. They are knowledgeable and very responsive.
To be told that you have to recreate a portion of a Journey from memory because someone accidentally deleted part of it during a Journey review can be quite frustrating.
The price is excellent and I love the heads up feature. This feature alone has increased conversions considerably for me. I like that Autopilot is easy to integrate and like the journey builder.
The only knock on the product is the inability to filter out your synchronization with Pipedrive based on custom fields or some other value.
Customer service is incredible, so I feel like any issues or objectives I want to hit are fully supported by the team. I hope this only improves as they grow and doesn't become watered down.
This was a real frustration, and I ended up just disconnecting Autopilot from the CRM in order to finish my test.
Their journey creator is flawless and even a non-techinical person can use it with ease. The have very robust APIs and you can confirgure autopilot pretty easily with their APIs.
It's hard to have the actions start based on interactions with a website or product / CRM. This may have changed though.
The visual feedback of the journeybuilder makes automation easy and enjoyable to construct. The wealth of options available for triggering, and for actions to trigger in journeys.
