Classy campaigns are easy to set up, and the platform is great for peer-to-peer fundraising campaigns, especially now that it integrates with Facebook.

And since you can't trial the platform, you need to take the lunge and pay the $4k subscription fee. We've been struggling for 7 days to install donation form on our website.

Their interface is simple and intuitive, and they are constantly innovating new features and functions. It was also easy for our schools to set up their own campaigns.

One area that we found was hard at first was pulling reports.

Great if you are just starting with fundraising for your Org. Basic functionality bad customer service.

Run away if you can

We have used Classy for a little over a year for donations. Mostly for recurring donations

Vendor lock for pricing.

I would never use this product again or recommend it to anyone.  We are a small non-profit - and having a software platform take 11% of your donor dollars is outrageous.  

Customer service and product sales managment is TERRIBLE!

Classy is user friendly for those who don't delve deep into coding or database management but can be restrictive to those who do. 

Transfering data to platforms that Classy does not have built in partnerships with can be extremely confusing and difficult. However, the front facing websites are clean and easy for donors to use. 

Classy is good for online giving

My overall experience was not very good with Classy. Too expensive and not back-end friendly.

Perfect online fundraising solution for small nonprofits

Classy has provided an excellent platform for development of our online fundraising efforts and is now the centerpiece of our plans for future revenue growth.  Before Classy, we received the occasional online gift from site visitors but now online giving is our second largest revenue source and has been growing at 30% annually.  We highly recommend Classy and believe the platform is a great value!

Classy has helped us diversify our donor base, it has helped us build and brand a monthly donor program, and it has helped us increase our online fundraising substantially.

Best investment we made as a small non-profit

We were sold to product for our donation platform, however once we signed the contract we found out that the product does not track Google E-commerce analytics, and its also does not allow donors to pick multiple funds. They did not allow us to cancel the contract even though this product was not a good fit for our organization  and they sales team misrepresented the capacities to the product. We will never use Classy again, we paid annual contract and did not implement it at all.

Streamlined Fundraising Tool

The main products we used in the past was eTapestry and BBMS for fundraising and events. We just found that it was looking a little dated, and our users were having a lot of trouble completing transactions and just using the platform in general. So that's why we looked for other options and turned to Classy. We chose Classy because it was a really simple, modern looking interface. It made sense for the size of our organization and for the kind of events we did, and it's worked perfectly ever since.
                                                       Getting started with Classy was really easy. We actually signed the final paperwork where we had already had an event live in the early stages, and we very quickly switched to Classy and used it for an event within a matter of days. So it was really easy to get started and to get using right away. For those of you thinking about getting Classy, I would really suggest looking at other organizations and see what they're using for fundraising. Now that we have Classy, I see so many people are using it, which means donors are just familiar with the platform and how to use it.
