What is Cflow?

With Cflow, users can create workflows either from scratch, or using pre-built workflow templates. When a template is selected from the process library, the workflow is imported and automatically published. The graphical user interface allows users with no coding experience to create custom workflows without assistance. Forms can be created and fields organized into sections through the drag-and-drop interface, with support for hidden fields, complex calculations, and tables. New forms can be added at each process stage, and parallel flows enable the sending of approval requests to multiple stakeholders

Cflow’s rules engine provides users with a wizard-driven editor to create custom rules for their workflows. One-click setup ensures that everyone can create workflows, and in-depth customization features support the use of multiple conditions, operators, and operands to create rules to suit business demands. Customizable email notifications alert users to pending approvals, with the ability to approve or reject directly from their inbox. Approvals can also be automated for non-critical or repetitive tasks, ensuring that workflows processes can be completed even when users are away.

Cflow definitely helped our company to simplify our process flows and save time. Although there are troubles from time to time, Cflow support is always very helpful and solves almost all the problems we experience. No system is ideal from the beginning and is developing with experience and different customers. So does the the Cflow team. Thank you for that!

What is the biggest added value for our company is that we put the logic into Cflow and our staff automatically knows what to do without having to send plenty of emails and ask about the right contact point. It also allows us to track the requests that usually take time to process and would easily get lost between the emails. The existence of mobile app is also very helpful as our sales people are travelling a lot and they can submit their requests from anywhere in the world.

Some of the features are not really user friendly and without having a contact point in the company some of the steps are hard to guess. Sometimes it cannot work with a lot of data as it causes delays with request processing. Also it is hard for a new person to learn the logic of Cflow and takes time to explain how the whole process works. On the other hand, Cflow support is always available and doing their best to help. They always provide solutions to our problems.

Workflows can be created from scratch or by using processes from the process library, which imports and automatically publishes ready-to-use workflows.

The rules engine includes a wizard-driven editor to allow all users to create rules to customize workflows using multiple operators, conditions, and operands.

Users can configure rules to automatically approve tasks, removing the need to manually approve non-critical and repetitive tasks, and ensure that workflows can be completed even when approvers are on leave.
