All contract transfers, expirations, renewals, and terminations can be tracked, and information can be shared to keep the organization aligned on unit history and status. Field operations can be managed, including field team and franchisee activity, store visit reports, follow-up tasks, franchisee self-evaluations, performance benchmarking, reporting and dashboards, and more. Non-compliance trends can be identified and programs created to address issues.

FranConnect’s franchisee onboarding tools aim to streamline the process of opening new franchise locations, including construction, employee training, and opening events. Workflow-based project plans enable collaboration between multiple departments and allow users to track all steps, tasks, and documentation, create milestones, track onboarding timelines, and receive overdue task alerts. Custom online courses can be developed to train franchisees and employees, automate onboarding training, and measure performance.
