Dated, bandaid'ed, slow, and awful. We made the most of our free trial as a company and did not jump the gun too quickly although all signs and other customers experience were quickly revealing themselves to us. Field staff thought it was disgusting and entering simple details on a mobile phone or tablet was just messing them around trying to do these simple things. 12 months later, we still can't get the phone to stop ringing and the e-mails to stop from SimPRO. We've just added them now to our e-mail spam filter, and unfortunately it's come to having to just hang up on them when they dial us from private numbers in the interest of saving time and making the receptionist feel awkward. Totally makes sense to us everyones (long time paying customers) that they are focused on sales and not support. My guess is that those two unrealistic raving reviews are from SimPRO themselves.
Have been along term user after countless bugs and software update floors i am sad to say it time to move on as the product is no longer supported properly and only focused on new sale not maintaining the existing clientd

After looking around and trying some other Job Management Systems, I was very happy when we found simPRO - The office girls picked it up quickly and has definitely sped everything in the office up. The boys love being able to do all their paperwork via their iPhones, and I love being able to invoice same day!
I searched for a very long time to find this product. I used Geoop , connect to field, Iman before realising I needed a product that had more grunt. Yes it cost me more, but it paid for itself in 6 months. I have 2 admin staff and 10 field staff doing basic project and service work. simPRO has allowed me to put real structure in my business and decreased my admin time by 30%. I am now adding on another 3 field staff and not having to increase my admin staff. simPRO came to site and trained my staff on how to set it the product up and they helped me manage the ' change management' issues we all face. simPRO are never more than a phone call away and I regularly attend their role based training days at their office to skill myself up on any new features. The smaller products allowed my to manage a job list- simPRO allows me to manage my business.
Was good and had potential but now very poor customer service and very frustrating as issues do not get resolved with any urgency. The new version is very slow and only allows for very limted end user customisation. Very expensive for poor service.

Version 11.2 was supposed to be more user friendly, customizable and faster. This could not be further from the truth. As for customer service it is almost non existent. I lodged some support tickets three weeks ago and it has still not been resolved. We have put data into the system that we are now not able to extract as a result of upgrades to the program My experience has been that they are happy to charge for all the various bits but when it comes to delivering the goods they fail. Once I get my data out I am seriously considering looking for alternatives.
