Overall, I love this platform. It's straightforward and pleasant to look at. Once the mobile application can action creating proposals and contracts, making projects, adding clients and not just acting as a "review what's up in your business" companion application... 

An ever improving platform that makes freelancing a breeze

Horrible experience, they have their system setup to auto charge you after the trial expires and don't send any sort of email notifications to let you know you're trial is being paid. Customer service is useless and not helpful. Please check other reviews as t here are plenty of examples from others of cancelling of accounts and holding customer paid funds. 

Shady business practices and terrible customer service

Before Bonsai, it was often difficult to get paid by clients. With Bonsai's flexible online payment options and professional appearance, I usually get paid immediately on sending invoices. Same with proposals: clients love that they can pick and choose from the options I present to them and then we can revisit options later.

I can't believe I didn't know about Bonsai earlier!

Bonsai staff took the time to answer our questions in a virtual meeting and explained the ins and outs of the system. After we got to use the system for a week we had another call and they answered all our questions.

The system itself is clean, works awesomely and is extremely customisable to our own needs. I would recommend Bonsai.

Pain-free experience all around. Easy to log in, easy to find, easy to access the tools and products I need. In a matter of a few clicks. I had one issue with accessing Bonsai on the desktop app, contacted support and received a response and a solution in less than 30 minutes.

Everyone Needs a Bonsai

It's been very good! Bonsai has taken the headache out of invoicing and financial management. I know what money is due when and from who, all with automatic reminders and overdue interest accrual. Their support has also been extremely helpful :)

Amazing business management tool

Before Bonsai I was using many programs for proposals, CRM, invoicing, and contracts. Since switching to Bonsai I honestly have to say that I have saved several thousand dollars per year and my life has been much easier and more organized. Bonsai has systems that have automation so if a customer does one particular item the Bonsai system will automatically send an email with a form that I would like my customer to submit. Bonsai is definitely a game changer and I would highly recommend any business owner to look at their system and hopefully see the benefits that they can receive by using Bonsai.

Some of our services are only available to users with a valid identity verification from our identity partner. There is unfortunately no workaround or manual identity review we can perform as an alternative. This is a one-time procedure for new users and I am sorry it didn't work out.

Our support team is however happy to assist you in cancelling your subscription and transitioning to another tool.

Overall it was pretty good and I almost switched over my CRM entirely, but it has some missing features that make it not feasible at this time.
