I can take payment on the spot, directly from my ClinicSense appointment entry, and it processes the payment and records it in the patient file all in one. Less steps for me and less chance of accounting errors. Cuts down on my turnover time between clients so I can spend more time recentering myself.

Additionally, ClinicSense's integration with Google Calendar helps clinics save time and money by eliminating the need to manually enter appointment information into multiple systems.

It’s great that I can add a personal event on Google Calendar and it will automatically block off my ClinicSense calendar from booking clients in those slots

I like integrating Google Calendar with ClinicSense because I can see both my personal and business schedules on the same calendar.

The calendar syncing feature is top notch and saves me time to not have to book my life through 2 calendars separately.

Seeing personal and work calendars merged is imperative to function well these days.

I wish that Square's regular square credit card reader would integrate with the ClinicSense app, but alas they make you buy their most expensive hardware.

I dont use it anymore as I have parents who want to pay for multiple appointments in one transaction and it isnt doable this way

Sometimes, our credit card processor goes down in the office so it is nice to have Stripe as a back up that I can access easily from my phone. For instance, if my office loses power, I can still utilize the ClinicSense app on my phone to process those transactions.
