QuickBooks has a much better accounting package that Service Fusion does not come close to. Stick with what you are good at and don't try to be everything. If you do, you will continue to dilute your efforts at providing a good product.

It's honestly one of the main reasons I recommend Jobber to clients. As an accountant, having invoices, payments, and customer data flow straight into QuickBooks Online means I'm not re-entering everything manually or chasing down missing information

Keeping expenses down for right now until we get ACT caught up and then will update QB to Online most likely

ServiceTitan is AI for the trades - a purpose-built agentic operating system automating every workflow that runs a contracting business, from enterprise commercial construction to residential field service, exteriors and beyond. ServiceTitan helps track performance of technicians and comfort advisers, including the use of leaderboards to encourage competition and drive more sales. The software pinpoints areas of business that can be improved, including how to identify specific training for the staff. Track which marketing channels are driving phone calls to help them get the most return on their investment. ServiceTitan also supports tracking unsold estimates, ensuring they never leave any revenue on the table. ServiceTitan critically supports technicians in the field using either Android or iOS tablets that allow them to view their assigned jobs. It provides full GPS support to get them to the job on time, automatic job status updates so they never have to estimate how long a job took, view and add customer notes, create invoices, collect signatures and payment in the field, and give their customers the ability to see where the tech is and what they look like, adding that extra layer of trust and professionalism. ServiceTitan also supports two-way SMS messaging between dispatchers and technicians, along with full job audit trails that let users find inefficiencies and even create custom workflows.
