Any time I needed help the help desk was quick to respond.

I can organize the candidates well, interface with them via the email dialog tab, and filter based on a number of predefined criteria. The integrated DISC was also very helpful.

This software is so easy to use. I was able to integrate the job ad into my website.

The DISC assessments need some tweaking. The candidate we hired most recently had a poor rating from their internal metrics, but ended up being exactly what we needed.

From the start, everything was explained to me well. I knew the costs prior to committing and there were no surprises. I love how you can pause and unpause job postings. While Wizehire is on the cheaper side... I feel like it shows in limiting options. I also experienced resumes not being received because of a server error.  Never ended up getting those resumes as people were asked to reapply and did not.

Overall it has been great. It has made my life easier and allowed me to not need to go from place to place to go through resumes. (Linkedin, indeed, etc.)

                                                       Before using WizeHire, I used Indeed primarily. I also looked into using LinkedIn's premium service, but the problem that I found primarily with Indeed while using it is just that it was kind of disorganized and I found that candidates were getting lost in the mix.
                                                       The reasons WizeHire was so appealing to me is that it had this internal sorting system for candidates that I found incredibly appealing. It also had the interview questions already laid out for you, so you could fill those out during the interview process. It also had a personality assessment built in, so you could weigh those results against candidates as well.
                                                       Getting started with WizeHire was pretty easy. They have a service that allows you to post on multiple platforms to start, which was really great for getting our ad out there.
                                                       After that, it was just a matter of narrowing down candidates, which the process made very easy because it would sort them in order of who would be a good fit based on both the personality assessment and also the standards that we put in with our pre-screening questions. So from there, it was really, really easy to go from there and narrow it down to our first and second round candidates.
                                                       If you're considering WizeHire, I would say that if you're looking for something that will post across multiple platforms and your main concern is not going through the leg work of having to review every resume individually, especially if you're reviewing a number of candidates, I would say WizeHire is a great choice. If you're looking for a smaller ad and only expecting to bring in like five to 10 candidates, WizeHire might be a little dense for that, but I still think you might find the organizational tools that are built in very helpful.
