The suite comprises five core modules within a unified interface. The electronic Medication Administration Record module reduces medication errors by facilitating med-passing workflows, tracking administration events, and providing oversight tools, with connectivity to eight hundred pharmacy partners for care coordination. The Electronic Health Record and Care Plans module enables completion of resident assessments, automatic generation of care plans and task lists, incident tracking, and comprehensive clinical documentation. The Customer Relationship Management module captures leads, supports relationship management, and tracks occupancy metrics to align marketing efforts with community goals. The Billing module translates clinical activities into billing records in real time, minimizing invoicing discrepancies and improving revenue capture. The Move-Ins module monitors each step from initial tour through move-in day, simplifying admissions processes and optimizing occupancy timelines.

ECP integrates with external partners and tools through application programming interfaces, existing connectors, and CSV data transfers. A developer portal supports third-party vendors in creating reliable data exchanges. The platform supports value-based care models by converting daily care activities into measurable outcomes that align with care partnership objectives. The platform includes a library of standard and state-specific custom reports to address compliance and operational reporting needs across diverse regulatory environments.
