I have been using Grow for a few months now and have been very pleased with the results. The platform is easy to use and provides comprehensive data insights that help me make well-informed decisions.
Certain fields will pull in errors when refreshed. Specifically timestamped dates which mess with filtering.
The support is always super fast and helpful and they are happy if you tell them which features you'd love to have in the future.
Sometimes text widgets will just "disappear" after I have dragged them onto the canvas. I haven't been able to establish a pattern, but it's kind of inconvenient when it happens.
They add useful features on a regular basis and have an amazing support team that is quick to help with any issues that arise.
This may already exist and I am unaware of it.
The customer support is very helpful, and they will not only help you solve your problem, but advise on best practices - helping you learn how to work better in the software.
Have heard its limited but have not come across that for my usage.

I recommend it to all my colleagues, it can help improve our user experience by reviewing their activity, not just to help investigate issues.
I really struggle to find problems. Maybe sometimes the speed of the platform is a bit slow and takes time to load a video but as said, it’s really a minor thing.
We tried the other most recommended softwares that do just that, but Fullstory is much more user friendly, smart, easy to use and capable.
Track the User session and watch them use your product to identify there pain points.

The best part of the software is that you You can download data for any period that you desire. It provides with a very user-friendly dashboard and the ease of accounting is also there.
My advice for those scoping out Netsuite is seriously analyze your business requirements and then advocate the hell for them in the scoping or implementation phases.
It's ability to allow the user to customise the report by adding data field(s) which is great as we do not always need to go behind IT Professional asking for help.
Please do your research before you find yourself stuck in a contract with a bunch of misleading employees that won't even respond to your email or try to address your concerns.
The ability to customize just about anything your organization wants is rewarding. And if you are willing to spend, you can have your system fit your business processes like a glove.
I hate the reporting functionality, avoid it if I can. Might be that I don't really understand its uses.
We were fortunate enough to use a trained consultant to do the implementation and now we have a fantastic solution even through getting there was not smooth sailing.
Lack of direct integration to the PSA tool. We struggled with bringing all of the contract details into the PSA and associated project.
In all cases, the ability to customize to unique business needs, far beyond something like Quickbooks or Microsoft Dynamics, is fantastic.
And when you realise that a lot of what you are paying for is really very poor and that you have to buy additional software/SAAS to make up for it's shortcomings, it is even more expensive.
It makes certain things accounting wise very automated and easy. Integration features are amazing.
It still has the same old clunky "out of date" UI, very limited change is made in their annual updates - it remains very dated and Netsuite never address the key lack of functionality.
Software is very easy to use so suitable for all staff not just office based staff. Software is so powerful that you can use it for invoicing, customer support, CRM and Shopping carts.
The customer support is horrible. You can call your Account Executive and it takes days, weeks or months to get results.
I use it on a daily basis and its very useful for quick reports and billing. I find it very helpful when I have to raise a large number invoices at one go through the upload.
I am sometimes disappointed with the "out of the box" product, meaning there are some things that I would think are standard, but they end up costing more.
Really good for accounting and easy to use the basic features.

The customer service is very responsive, you can keep in touch by just leaving a message in the chat window. It is a very affordable solution for the creation of sophisticated reports with ease.
Customer support is awful. The company is based in India and getting someone to respond is a trial, let alone having a chat.
The tool has been very helpful in generating project reports, integrating data and allowing our operation team to gain greater insight into our client's needs.
Some of the settings are cumbersome. I have been having trouble with widgets, and getting Dashboards to update/sync with graphs when their source data is changed.
It has been very helpful to get the response of our campaign that helps in boosting our business.
The features this product offers are somewhat limited, in terms of data manipulation and report variety.
The most amazing part of it is that it shows everything using infographics which is very easy to undertsand.
Not much, yet to find something apart from a few bugs (that I am sure will get fixed), that really annoys me.
Zoho reports has a great reporting interface after you work through the integration difficulties. The support team at Zoho has been responsive.

I got an outstanding applause from my audience during my project presentation on drainage simulation I did with Arcgis, and I got the first contract deal same day.
It's very much difficult to install to our pc. If it's wrongly installed we have again updated the os and reinstall the software.
I like the ability to format and being able to change the symbology. And generally feel that they make a very good looking maps compared to other, non-premium GIS software.
I don't use this frequently, but when I do need to verify some data, it is not very intuitive and I often get lost in the amount of data shown.
ArcGIS is terrific because it is free and still very functional. It is well-supported and has ample user training available from actual users on YouTube.
Also, downloading and licensing this software is the biggest pain.
It is robust and has permanent technical support. It has a large community with which solutions and ideas are shared.
One such example is just the login screen to the AGOL mobile apps causes our users frequent struggles as they can't remember the sequence of steps to get to the organization login.
The features in ArcGIS are incredible. With every project there are new ways to use the program to best highlight our work.
It makes the overall cost of the software high, making it difficult for small to medium businesses to have this at their disposal.
I love using ArcGIS for initial site investigations for school projects. It has helped me find distances, and helps organize everything in order to get things done quickly.

Great features as a CRM software and phone system. The reports that can be pulled are helpful to analyze the success of your sales/program.
Etremely lacking as a CRM, reporting is terrible, customizations are so basic, and customer support is the worst I have ever seen. Even with the premium versions.
Probably most of all I liked a good IP-telephony. It is convenient to use, easy to integrate.
Often, formal replies come from her instead of solving problems. Tech support leaves its customers alone with problems.
I can run verity of project at the same time thanks to the amazing feature and tools that provided by Betrix24.

Ultimately, we are really pleased with our decision. What Sisense offers with the eCube concept is a perfect way to promote creative use of the data but still control sensitive information.
Sometimes dashboards load low when using a Virtual Machine. Unsure if this is a Us problem or a Sisense problem.
Community and company are extremely responsive regarding additional features and support. Speed of the application and the usefulness of the analytics are fantastic.
This has been proven to be an issue in instances that return an error, which in effect can turn out to waste quite a bit of time.
The comprehensive training materials their support team offers was great and is a continued asset when there is something that I do not understand. The tool itself is powerful and intuitive.
Sometimes correcting our data errors can be tricky.
Clear pricing model, quick and easy to setup, great onboarding process, incredible performance, very intuitive user experience, a great support team and user community.
Even on elite-level hardware, there can be some odd latency issues depending on how your data models are structured. There are some technical challenges to the pure Javascript embed model.
They continue to build more connectors to make seamless integrations even easier and expand the platform's capabilities to increase it's flexibility and ease-of-use.

Their report writing is great and they have lots of free classes that will help you with this. The payroll and hr software is easy to navigate and customizable.
It takes months and months of training and practice and making mistake after mistake to figure out the basics of how to build reports.
The functionality of the system overall - how each module works with each other, and the fact that I can customize it to my needs myself as we change. The ease of use and training are outstanding.
At our workplace, sometimes the punches are not recorded on the employee station, causing problems with hours because it does not register them.
The support team we have now is incredibly responsive to our requests and the functions in UltiPro have improved the quality of our internal processes. When there have been issues with support, etc.
Dislike having to change my password so frequently.
The software is very intuitive and easy to use. The implementation team was responsive and the customer support has been very good as well.

I like that you don't need to be tech savvy to use Databox ,it is very easy to implement. It is great at visualizing results and helps me a lot with better understanding complex matters.
The lack of integration with Zendesk is weird as what I could see is there used to be one.
Plus, being able to schedule snapshots be sent to Slack and email, etc. is great. I also love the goals feature, being able to put our metrics into context like this is great.
It's still new and slightly buggy at times so it can be frustrating sometimes to build something out and not have it work 100% correctly.
The visuals look awesome on the computer, TV, and phone. I was impressed with how easy it was to create a metric.
Missing a Segment integration maybe to get all our app events. We rely on their Zapier integration to compensate.
I started using DataBox while they were in beta and it was great. The app is wonderful and the support team is great too.

They also have some cool options for tracking goals and the mobile app is leaps and bounds better than the competition.
It will seem complex at first set up, but once you get the hang of it, you will really love it. Please reduce the price for individuals or small organizations like us, then I will never leave Databox.

I feel debugging is difficult. Drop down or drag and drop functions should be made available because it's difficult to keep track and remember syntax of functions and it's usage.
Splunk provides a very flexible solution for helping you gather huge amount of data and then setting up alerts and configuring reports which helps you in converting data into an actionable insight.

This software has the best support chat ever. They are very knowledgeable and helpful in trying to help in whatever situation you find yourself in.
Small errors are hard to troubleshoot and result in not using the dashboard much. No SQL CLI makes it disappointing for power users.

I love the analytics sections in Qlik Sense; it is super interesting and easy to conclude by viewing its analytics. The best thing is that I can easily install it and accumulate my data into it.
I found difficulty with the sellers of the product, which were invasive and sometimes inconvenient. Besides the product being more expensive than the competitors.
Very easy to use for end-users, very nice visual representations, perfect for "build-it-your-own", really nice tool for interactive presentations.
Cyclic Groups feature is missing. It was present in QlikView.
When I first used qliksense server I loved it very much. The UI is very good and impressive.
The no Linux supports causes compatibility problems some times.
The ability to integrate data from different sources to provide rich options of graphing the data and drill down analysis of tables. It provides easy customization and easy reporting for the data.
The pop-up menus are too small. Set analysis are hard for non-it users to use in a self service environment.
Best in class ETL capabilties combined with great visualizations and ergonomics.
The visualizations were nice and the partner community was pretty big.
Great integration with current web-based systems and the dual use license offers QlikView and QlikSense to seamlessly work together.
Overall it's a good software and highly recommended.

I liked the whole functionality and replay feature. Integration was super easy in Drupal.

I particularly like the ability to schedule your work and availability -- this is great for work sharing with different offices/teams.

Online customer care is a lifesaver. I love being able to log on and get answers quickly without having to get on the phone.
It is very cumbersome and if you don't have other firms using the software, many times you are stuck for answers. We also think it is VERY costly.
In that respect it is superb, and I am just learning how it can be used for many other things. Their customer support is very good, and I have enjoyed working with Deltek.
Some of the features are quite difficult to understand and are locked for use. Spelling errors are not noticed or redlined when filling in the timesheet.
We love the ease of use and ease of use for employees who have absolutely no technological experience.

If you are starting out and want to learn this software I'd recommend it. The ability to solve symbolically is awesome and easy.
It was impossible to correct if there was an error trying to graph functions, and it ended up starting over multiple times. It performs poorly when dealing with vectors and matrics.
I like that their software system usability options are super wide, from algorithms, super functions to live data.
While working on an online module on Mathematica it is very restricted and does not provide many options compared to the offline module. It needs to be upgraded.
It has a great symbolic tool box great for solving very complex mathematical equations.
There is only one thing that I dislike about the product is its online module.

It seems like the functionality and data representation is limitless. The visualizations are great and clients love to see their data this way.
Compute resources are not brokered well and during high traffic times we can have dataflows run for up to 2 hours. My worst experience with domo was with their customer service/integration team.
I like the Run Dataflow feature that was just added, it's been a huge lifesaver. It used to take so much time managing all the steps one by one, but now it's so much straightforward.
I don't consider this a terrible con, but for those users who do not already do things in the cloud, this could be a con.
The ETL is pretty simple to learn. Implementation consultant (that's NOT DOMO) is pretty responsive, if you get a good company.
So I wouldn’t classify this as a con, but if there is one thing that frustrates me, that’s it.
There is a good collection of training materials online. They also have a good community for support online.
It's pricey, but worth it. The biggest thing was the last update they had screwed up some of my reports, and we're still trying to figure out what happened.
Dome is simple, elegant, and has a huge amount of tools, so it is certainly a good acquisition.
There are hiccups and occasionally error on the system, but they are becoming less and less.
Very pleasant experience so far and love learning new ways to integrate our data and build dashboards.

Strong, secure environment - clearly developed with an appreciation of how to treat company sensitive data. Appropriate security levels are easily established and maintained.
This lack of functionality makes our work a bit confusing sometimes.
Having never used it before, I was amazed at the ease of use. In addition to serving as a data repository for 10+ years of information, the variance analysis reporting is fantastic.
Our adaptive administrator sometimes struggles with the data integration from netsuite in some instances.
I feel the printing capabilities can be improved, along with the clarity of the printing itself. The customer service on this product is outstanding.
Implementation is costly and seems cumbersome.
There are many great features including: audit trails, notes, role permissions and security, the ability to quickly create versions, great technical support, and it’s cloud based.
The task workflow process seems a bit drawn out and unclear for some things. There are a lot of options that still appear even if not enabled by the administrators.
I love the ease of creating a budget and the ability to quickly create a new forecast.
Customer support has been excellent and they actually seem to care about their customers.

I am most excited about the ability to draw in different strands of information from the various software platforms we operate as part of the business.
It is so useful to be able to track my sales and returns. It also has many great features for tracking sales and proformance.
What I like most about Phocas is the ease of use.
Support from the account managers when required is excellent.
It helps me quickly see customers in a specified group that I can then export to excel and begin analysis and making contacts.
Powerful tool for all level of users. Simple, Intuitive, and Flexible.
Getting reports out to our field is easy and painless. We use subscriptions constantly, and that has made many employee's lives easier.

The team there have been fantastic in helping us get set up with various dashboards and we’re now in a position we have a good chunk of all of our reporting coming through ClicData.
Knowledge Base is limited and vague with a lot of situations. Queries are limited, which limits dashboard capability.
Rep is brilliant, she has an uncanny ability of 'seeing' your data, and what you are looking to accomplish, and creating the most efficient and usable means of getting it.
This is a reasonable request, as I should not have to pay for a subscription that I no longer have access to.
But what's outstanding about ClicData is that you can produce perfect interactive dashboards, and at a price that will get quick approval from your accounting department.
Can't say I have anything in particular I have complaints about.
Both the product, which keeps growing, and the technical support are great to work with. I love the product and will continue to use it.
Since 3 years only one time we had a problem, because of update from Clicdata that cause some function not work properly.
Using ClicData has been a fantastic experience, the dashboards have been easy to create with great technical support if needed.
I also had the opportunity to leverage their consulting services in helping us to build our own internal capability and found the staff to be highly skilled and responsive.
Add to this a great low price and a good set of widgets to build your dashboards, and you can build almost any dashboard.

This product give us the ability to pull reports with ease. Once you have successfully composed a report, you are able to build on the structure as needed.
I think this is more of how poorly our company rolled this product out, but we are struggling to get through it.
It's easy to use, the cost is less as compared to tableau or other BI products in the market and customer care is good.
As with any new product there are bugs and errors. I have been frustrated at times with the newer software and sometimes even the more mature software can be frustrating.
Love how quick and easy it is to use this program. A lot of our major software programs are SAP based and very user friendly.
Sometimes the layout of things was a little confusing or too cluttered for my taste. I would probably change the layout.

I think that BO's lack of OLAP functionality could use some beefing up. In my company, it's usually BO, Spotfire or Tableau that are used for reporting.
This software is good for keeping track of orders and viewing or editing the details of them for a scheduling job.

I love SAP CRM, its very clear and detailed layout helps me work, however I wish it would stop crashing and run more effectively.

All my accounting problems have been solved by this. Chances of Fraud have been reduced as all my work is being done on cloud.
It is easy to use with great UI. I love how easy and quick it is to access data and generate analysis with attracting graphic and charts.
When using so much product data, it can take a while to load at times which can be frustrating at times.
The tool has great features like the planning menu and the easy of use interface. It's a complete tool for Business Intelligence and analytics, with beautiful views and charts.
The updates don't always work well and we have to call and have problems fixed as an update rolls out.
The price and it updates on its own. For a smaller company, this is a great way to get a great product for a great price that'll fit your business.
