It is super convenient to be able to pull information straight from your other cloud-based software in your business. As long as you have good data, your reports will turn out well.
The reports can be difficult to create and sometimes you run into issues when combining data from multiple databases.
Having all of my data in one place to compare and use to make important business decisions is a nice change.
Sometimes the formatting in Excel is a little strange, you cannot get all the data to export in one line, it usually takes two lines which is not ideal.

Klipfolio support team is fantastic: very responsive and actually helps me dig into the formulas and components and improve my confidence and competence in the tool.
They doubled their price and I was not informed by email, then my card was charged and they refused to refund when I cancelled my account - not even a part refund.
The help chat box is amazing and always just a click away. People they have working there have been super helpful and friendly, and really walk you through any coding help you need.
It's very difficult to format outside of the pre-defined reports. If you are not a Klipfolio expert or technically savvy, you are limited in Klipfolio.
Intuitive UI, Amazing and responsive support staff, Concise help documentation, Innovative and customer focused team, Frequent how-to webinars.
Some of the features and functions can be hard to find/set up. Support/help documents can be somewhat difficult to navigate.
Klipfolio is an outstanding solution for organizations that are eager to visualize their performance measures in completely flexible and customized ways.
There's isn't really anything that we dislike about klipfolio.

It is cost-friendly and provides a solid ROI. This makes it a great alternative compared to a more expensive option like Tableau.

The best, easiest business software. I recommend for everyone who wants quick and effective solution.
For me, filtering is difficult. If you mark Make Task done, you will have to create a new reminder for yourself - it disturbs that there will be additional movement for me in this regard.
And it doesn't cost too much, so it's affordable which is a good thing, it is accessible online businesses like ours. The most important part is that is fast.
It's hard to name what might be uncomfortable using you product.
Sharing an agenda is also useful since it helps people avoid accidentally scheduling meetings at the same time. Finally, it's fantastic that you can integrate with calendars like Google Calendar.
Marketing and CRM are very poor, suggest a bolt on to Zoho CRM Plus.
It was easy to incorporate into our existing business structure. It has great features like Project tracking and Reporting, the calendar, and the task tracking section.
I have been writeing about disturbingly small (number) filelds several times - no reaction.
In a team of creatives, it is visually good to use. Everything is nice and simple to setup and everything is so well linked to navigate easily.
My experience has been outstanding. My entire work life is in Scoro.
The price is great for this product. We were looking for an easy budgeting tool for our department and Scoro fit the bill.
I also appreciate the software's ability to integrate with other tools such as Dropbox, Google Drive, and Quickbooks, making it easy to sync data across platforms.

The recent introduction of the Gannt chart is fantastic.

It seems like the functionality and data representation is limitless. The visualizations are great and clients love to see their data this way.
Compute resources are not brokered well and during high traffic times we can have dataflows run for up to 2 hours. My worst experience with domo was with their customer service/integration team.
I like the Run Dataflow feature that was just added, it's been a huge lifesaver. It used to take so much time managing all the steps one by one, but now it's so much straightforward.
I don't consider this a terrible con, but for those users who do not already do things in the cloud, this could be a con.
The ETL is pretty simple to learn. Implementation consultant (that's NOT DOMO) is pretty responsive, if you get a good company.
So I wouldn’t classify this as a con, but if there is one thing that frustrates me, that’s it.
There is a good collection of training materials online. They also have a good community for support online.
It's pricey, but worth it. The biggest thing was the last update they had screwed up some of my reports, and we're still trying to figure out what happened.
Dome is simple, elegant, and has a huge amount of tools, so it is certainly a good acquisition.
There are hiccups and occasionally error on the system, but they are becoming less and less.

The team there have been fantastic in helping us get set up with various dashboards and we’re now in a position we have a good chunk of all of our reporting coming through ClicData.
Knowledge Base is limited and vague with a lot of situations. Queries are limited, which limits dashboard capability.
Rep is brilliant, she has an uncanny ability of 'seeing' your data, and what you are looking to accomplish, and creating the most efficient and usable means of getting it.
This is a reasonable request, as I should not have to pay for a subscription that I no longer have access to.
But what's outstanding about ClicData is that you can produce perfect interactive dashboards, and at a price that will get quick approval from your accounting department.
Can't say I have anything in particular I have complaints about.
Both the product, which keeps growing, and the technical support are great to work with. I love the product and will continue to use it.

Thanks to its integration with several APIs, it is an extremely powerful SAAS software that can really help any business gain a deeper understanding of their business in only.
Also, when using the 'custom widget' feature, I did see some "loading failed" errors, which is odd since its pulling data from the app its linked to.
You're doing very, very well. I know Geckoboard will keep on becoming a better app, little by little, and that is a good feeling to have.
Some of the charts and tables lack customization, the font size can't be changed and some of the charts are just too simple to be of any use.
So far it has been pretty good. I have found the support team incredibly attentive and helpful when needed.
It's a fixed layout for width and height so difficult to resize for different viewports. Lacks any color scheme customization.
