Obtaining licenses is a breeze, and once you have one, getting the software downloaded and installed on your machine (up to 5 per license depending on your particular license!!!) is a very easy process. Even non-technical users are able to get it up and running as needed.

Pros
Office 365 is an excellent choice for any business as it has the full suite of applications that you need to succeed with the fundamentals. From email, to word processing, to spreadsheets, and finally presentations. It gives you tools for each business need that arises. My favorite aspect of the software is its ease of use. It is so easy to use, and so easy to download and install. You wont regret Office 365

Cons
Price. I am always a fan of software being cheaper so that it is more affordable as your business scales. Office 365 is excellent and the leader in their space, but I'd always put in a vote to get the software for cheaper.

We are frugal people and monitor our budget carefully. However, we are more than willing to pay for Microsoft word because of its ease of use and overall value.

Pros
What do I like most about this product? It's definitely the price to quality ratio. Not only do you get Microsoft's most popular programs (including Word, Excel and often allusive Publisher), but you also receive one gigabite of storage from their OneDrive brand. The programs are easy to use, and anyone can easily find training videos on the internet for just about every feature for every program. Hands down, this is a great deal if you're willing to pay for it.

Cons
The fact is, there are cheaper options out there. Word processing programs with many of the same features are readily available, making for cheaper options. These programs, however, can't match the quality of their Microsoft equivalents.

I am extremely likely to recommend this product because of its wide range of uses. Got a paper to write? Use the Word application. Need to sort through some financial data? Excel. Need to present at school or work? PowerPoint is the application for you. Each of these software applications provide excellent use for a wide range of features. The benefits I have gotten from this software have been the hundreds of times in my life I've used this top-notch software to write papers, reports, budgets, finance, and presentations.

Pros
I like most the fact that once you subscribe to Office 365, you get all the benefits of each software. This includes Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and all the other top-notch software for school, business, and personal. These applications are best-in-class with no other competition. I would be lost without the ability to use each of these software applications, as they are essential in most businesses and school classes. They are all easy to use and user-friendly.

Cons
I like the least how expensive the software is. It seems as if it's gotten cheaper over time, and it also offers a reduced (and sometimes free!) price for students.

Microsoft suffers from success so a lot of people have given up on it outside of academia, but in the corporate world, it still has a lot of value as an essential skill set. If you want to work in the corporate world I highly recommend that you get intermediate skills with the office suite.

Pros
1.) The amount for support for Microsoft suite products is both profoundly big, and also accessible to non-technical users. It's true that you can find other software for cheaper but not with the same amount of support. 2.) There are a lot of things "power users" can do for both corporate and at home while it may take some time it will never be a waste of time to learn this suite." 3') These cloud extensions allow you to never lose your documentation OneNote is the best note-taking tool on the market.

Cons
The price may be a bit much to get newer people who can use cheaper alternatives, I agree that Google docs can do the basics at no cost, and has a better user interface if you want to make some form of documentation pretty for free.

Overall, I wish the price was cheaper for the Office 365 Home, but the software itself is the best on the market. It's much better and easier to use with more features than anything else. I can't live without it.

Pros
This software has everything I need to be productive in both school and business. I most use word and powerpoint, but I occasionally use other tools as well, and the Office 360 includes them all. It's super convenient and I can us it on all of my Apple devices, which is an added bonus.

Cons
I don't like how expensive it is for home use. I have got the business and student ones before, but now I have to purchase it. Other than that, the software itself is second to none. I found it much more user friendly than Apple's software.

Microsoft's Office 365 is a great tool for all those who love MS office but want to use it on the go and for a cheap price. Microsoft offers a great and well-known user interface, lovely pricing and lots of functionality. It' fantastic.

Pros
Let's make it clear - I love cloud software because of how many different platforms I use: Windows, Linux, Chrome OS, Android and etc. And I love Microsoft Office simply because I'm used to it - I've been using MS Word and Excel since I was a kid. So, Office 365 combines these two things. And it's extremely cheap for what you get.

Cons
Sometimes it might be just a tiny bit slow. I don't know why that happens, because I use pretty powerful hardware but sometimes (quite rarely) that happens.

Great Suite For Business Professionals

Overall it's been good. I like the low subscription price point, especially with the number of updates we receive from Microsoft.

Pros
For years Microsoft Office has been a high priced software suite and while worth it, may be difficult for a newer business to buy into if they had a lot of employees. With the subscription based model at an affordable rate we are constantly up to date with the most recent version of all Microsoft Office Suite applications

Cons
For the most part I've enjoyed using the software aside from one bug that annoys me on nearly a weekly basis. If I log out of the online portal as an admin (at microsoftonline.com) then sign in as another user I will be put back into the admin portal I signed out of. This is a huge security flaw that I've dealt with for over a year now.

Cheap, easy to manage, and capable office productivity software.

Pros
Office 365 brings so many excellent features to "boring" productivity programs. First, the syncing of files across machines, accounts, and cloud storage is brilliant. I can't believe we used to email files. Second, the stability of programs is greatly improved. Office 365, as a subscription service, gives us constant updates, which is great for bug-fixes, feature improvements, and new capabilities. Third, the integration into the Microsoft ecosystem is great. We already use Outlook and OneDrive, so now that we only have to pay a single price for all these services spiraled into one is great. Fourth, look and feel. Office 365 looks so much better than it used to. Not only does our work look better, but on a daily basis we gripe much less than we used to about the ugly windows we stare at for hours. Fifth and final, Office 365 is just so easy to manage. No more worries about compatibility issues after an upgrade. No more worries about onboarding new accounts, or even waiting for installation from the admin. It's just so easy now.

Cons
Office 365 has some glaring bugs that have just never been fixed. For example, if a file is synced to an off-site location (whether that be in the cloud, a network drive, etc), and the web connection gets interrupted or is not stable, there can be sync issues which lead to conflicting versions of the same file. This is an easy issue to avoid, but it has bitten us a few times. Over all, the biggest con is just some ugly bugs that seem to endure.

With Microsoft 365, my overall experience has been delightful. Having all my documents at my fingertips on the go has been a tremendous help when making trips to the store. Having an excel document of every movie I own has made it easy to not buy the same movie twice.

Pros
The best things about Microsoft 365 is that it brings all the apps into one. Having excel, powerpoint, Word, all at your fingertips and always fully updated. Having the option of having it on any device makes it very simple to take any of your documents or projects that you are working on with you. Whether it is with a tablet, on your phone, or even a computer. It goes on all platforms. The family feature even allows it to be shared up to 6 different family members for just one easy price.

I am a major fan of Office 365 and highly recommend this product.

Pros
I liked most that all of my emails and documents can be accessed remotely. If you have employees stationed all over the country, Office 365 has made it easy to communicate and share info. Their mobile app has been very helpful as well. Another upside was the pricing. I have been subscribed to Office 365 for a few years now and I save a substantial amount of money by having all the products needed in one application. Integration of outlook and other products was easy to accomplish. While I am not a security expert by any means, I was pleased to know that their emails are encrypted as well.

Cons
The one aspect of Office 365 that I sometimes find challenging is the ongoing monthly subscription cost. While it doesn’t break the bank, it would be great if the cost was a bit cheaper. When weighing the options though, the cost is worth the benefits that Office 365 provides.

Overall, I think that there are many more pros than cons. For a non-profit organization such as mine, I truly believe in this program and the concept behind being able to share docs and sheets with other users. If you are going to use this software when you are not able to get online, Office 365 is by far the greatest program to purchase. Although there are other programs that cost less, the value of the program is worth the extra cost if a company, student, or person can afford it.

Pros
This product is very widely used. The biggest pro of this software is the way in which you can share the spreadsheets online with Google Docs. This simply makes this program the top of the line program. It is nice to be able to create a document or spreadsheet, then share it and not have to email the files and then have others do the same. The convenience aspect is huge with my organization and it is by far the greatest thing about the program.

Cons
This software is quite expensive. I do not like this simply because you can use the same software type for free if used online only. Therefore, the price is too high for most students and casual users. This is the only con to this product as everything else about it is outstanding.
