How we picked the 3 top rated products

We chose the high-performing solutions on this list based on verified user ratings on our site. Depending on available data, qualifying products either had to be among the most user-reviewed or the most searched-for products in the file sharing software category. They also needed to have sufficient reviews about meeting management, have a minimum user rating of 3 out of 5 for that feature, and show evidence of U.S. market presence. We then added a distinction for the product with the highest rating for meeting management based on our proprietary ratings and reviews. Sponsorship or client status has no influence on the selection of these products, but it may impact the order in which products appear.

User insights about the meeting management feature

Reviewers indicate that OnBoard's meeting management is highly efficient and user-friendly. They appreciate the ability to create agendas, add materials, and compile board packets easily. Users find the dashboard helpful for accessing and reviewing upcoming meetings, and they value the integration with personal calendars and Zoom links. They report that OnBoard keeps board members informed, engaged, and organized, saving time and effort. Some users mention occasional issues with navigating meeting materials quickly, but overall, they find it a critical tool for board meetings.
“This is the most important function for us. I am able to upload the Board Packet into OnBoard and then send a notification to our Board when it is available so they can review the information prior to our monthly meetings. I love this system! I load this information as multiple documents and then can compile it into a Book. If we need to make any updates or modify our agenda, I do not have to redo the whole thing, I can simply update one or two document and then form the "Book" again and I am done. This is really helpful and time saving verses having to remake a whole Board Packet if we have to make any amendments to the meeting. ”

Slack logo

User insights about the meeting management feature

Reviewers find Slack's meeting management useful for facilitating discussions and coordination within teams. They appreciate the ease of setting up meetings, integrating with third-party apps like Google Workspace and Zoom, and using features like Huddle for quick meetings. Users report that Slack helps manage users efficiently during meetings and keeps everyone updated. However, some prefer other meeting tools and mention occasional bugs with audio/video calls. Overall, they value Slack's ability to streamline communication and scheduling within the platform.
“An important part of team communication is scheduling meetings for what can't be covered in the chat app. Slack offers some good conferencing integrations for this, and it's especially easy to just drop a video link (Hangouts, Zoom, etc) in chat and everyone click from there. Status symbols ("away," etc) are also useful for this.”
