Infusionsoft is the best value for your money and it will eliminate all of your other systems you are currently using. It is everything you need all in one. CRM, Marketing, Accounting, appointment book, store front etc it just has it all.

Pros: The pros are that it is an all in one system. I can complete my marketing, handle my customers and accounting all on same system. I also LOVE the campaigns they help me a ton I just set them up and they do the work for me of send out emails etc when the time comes.

We started in with InfusionSoft about 2 years ago. We had 5 people working for us at the time. We are now over 60 people. We use it for our Apartment Leasing/locating/finding business and it is integral to what we do and how we do it.

Pros: It gives you great flexibility to automate contact and integrate sales.

Cons: Learning curve for new people is tall because most people don't dig into something... DIG INTO IT!!! Get with it!!

I saw this app working from friend who shared his screen with me and since the begin i understood how useful it would have been if i had it. So i bought it and since that moment i understood i should automate more or less the 90% of my work. At least the repetitive one. I'm not a very technical person, but the visual creations of the automation helps me a lot understanding what i'm doing. I suggest it to all the business. And the cost worth it for sure.

Pros: Visual easy to understand, good customer support, but a littlebit slow to reply.

Cons: I would like to have an user group in my country. Is not easy to share my experience with someone who speak my language (i'm italian)

I use Infusionsoft to automate our sales team's marketing from start to finish. As the Director of Corporate Communications for Scirocco Group Insurance Agency, I utilize the automation and data that Infusionsoft allows me, to help grow our new business way beyond our previous marketing efforts. We previously had signed up with Marketo to get our feet wet in digital marketing. I loved the software, but the cost was so high that when the renewal was coming up we started to weight the value. That's when I started researching and found Infusionsoft which has all the functionality we were using in Marketo, plus the CRM functions we didn't have, all for a fraction of the cost with no contract!

Pros: Intuitive interface Great Support No contract Low Price Built In CRM New features being updated all the time

Cons: Almost every con I have had, I let the development team know and they fix or add a feature to resolve that issue.

As a small law office, I didn't think I would need a robust solution like Infusionsoft. Wrong! I love the product! it has helped me keep in touch with my clients, announce new initiatives, track Facebook click-throughs (through a partner), stay current with my referral sources, and more. I even use it in conjunction with a scheduling system so that when my clients self-schedule their appointment, it is confirmed via email, and their records are automatically stored or updated in the CRM. Then as we complete the work, "campaigns" (the processes inside Infusionsoft) set tags, track progress, and notify internal staff of next steps. I'm not sure how I would live without it now!

Pros: Robust, full featured email marketing system and more. Customer support is outstanding... I call, and I get a real person who knows the system, and answers! There are many excellent providers of third party apps for Infusionsoft, with a huge array of features.

Cons: It is somewhat overwhelming, but, once you "get" how it works, creating new sequences and new campaigns is a relatively quick process. I'm not impressed with the native mobile app, which is very limited in function, but if you need access to contacts, they are there.

Make full use of the Kick-start program (free) when you sign up. If you don't "get it" within the first 30 days, look for a third party partner or Infusionsoft support to assist you. It has taken me almost a year to really get rolling, and I did end up hiring a provider to build-out some foundational campaigns, although I had useful things launched in a few weeks initially.

Infusionsoft is an AMAZING software and it has transformed my business. Since I've automated all my video production and promotion processes for my clients, I'm now positioned to serve hundreds of clients over the next few years and make a much bigger positive difference in their lives. Infusionsoft is such an absolute game changer.

Pros: Customer support is very good and readily available, and I use it weekly to continue to build out and automate my systems. The app's functionality allows me to streamline my services by automating the process. It does the work of a full-time project manager, and does it better and faster since it's automated.

Cons: They don't call it "confusionsoft" for nothing. It's confusing in many ways. But I think for an app with such robust functionality, it just can't be totally obvious and simple because there are too many moving parts. It's a complex software that has the ability to execute complex functions, which means it's not going to necessarily be something you can just pick up and use without any training. I think the big area that could be improved is the Referral Partner Center. It seems exceptionally non-intuitive.

The reason Infusionsoft has been so valuable for me is that I have a linear, sequential process for my services that lends itself to an automated approach, since it's always thing #1, then thing #2, then thing #3, etc. If you also have a business built on a sequential repeatable process that requires several different staff members to work together in the same order over and over, Infusionsoft may be a gamechanger for you too.

InfusionSoft is great if you run an eCommerce site and want to build automation around the sales and marketing processes. If your business is anything other than eCommerce, I would suggest researching other options because the price you pay for InfusionSoft is much higher than competitors that could likely meet your business needs.

Pros: The best part about InfusionSoft is their campaign builder. The process is very visual and like putting together a logic puzzle. This makes it very easy for someone non-technical to be able to create a campaign. Think of all your processes and come up with a naming convention otherwise InfusionSoft will become chaos without your own structured naming convention.

Cons: Learning. I learned the basics through a third-party team that teaches InfusionSoft with their instructional videos. I then went on to watch many videos and read many articles from InfusionSoft's website. Bottom line, this helped me create a basis to build from. However, a few months of living inside the software later led me to revamp everything I had created because I discovered ways to make everything 100x more organized and more efficient. You will likely need a lot of support or expect to redo a lot of work after getting comfortable with the software.

It has been over 2 years since we switch to InfusionSoft from other marketing automation tool and CRM system, and it has been the most positive experience. The team and management could not be more happy with the transition. From the sales process to the on-boarding, InfusionSoft people were polite, professional, and for sure helped us up our game when it comes to sales and automation - ACROSS THE BOARD!

Pros: Besides offering the best customer and technical support team I have ever dealt with, InfusionSoft allows it's users to grow in skills and develop expertise in the software, which in turn, reduces the need to hire an external consultant and keeps the knowledge in house. This is very much invaluable as we continue to grow our team over time. With InfusionSoft we were also able to stream processes such as email marketing, sales pipeline, CRM and customization of our customer email marketing program. The Campaign Builder is unquestionably the best feature InfusionSoft offers, with dozens of internal tools and functionality to utilize. My favorite trick is the Campaign Links, allowing you to change the links used in internal emails of the campaign as URLs change - so you don't have to worry about going to each email and change the URL manually. This saves hours of man time and allows your team to focus on strategy and implementation.

Cons: We had some bumps on the road, and continue to experience some difficulties with InfusionSoft. In my opinion, the system was not originally developed for B2B companies and this is why opportunity (=each sale coming through the system) and contact records are linked in an odd and inefficient way. We approached the company with this issue, and were told they are working on a way to fix it. However, as we improved our knowledge and skills with the software, we were able to find a work-around to solve this issue.

On one screen, that person's general information and an account summary appears, showing how much money that person has paid to the company. Online Storefronts
