Very sophisticated CRM package, used for consumer marketing

We selected Infusionsoft after looking at various options. One of the deciding factors was the Perry Marshal, who we also work with, recommended it. So far its has been a big asset, and quickly has become a vital part of our marketing systems.


Not suited for a small business with existing CRM

Do not subscribe to this solution if you have an existing CRM and/or don’t have about 20 hours per week over four weeks to attend training and setup campaigns. They push their products to small businesses but I don’t see how a business owner can set up the product, take care of sales, and do the actual work. Don’t get me wrong this is probably a great solution for a mid-size small business that can have a full time resource dedicated to migrating data and setting up the application but not for a small 10 employee shop.

I wrote a more in-depth review here on Venture Harbour but to summarise, Infusionsoft is exceptional software but does have its drawbacks. If your business is doing $150K annually and most of your business is done via eCommerce transactions then it's likely that this is perfect for you. If less, or you're more of a bricks and mortar business, I'd look elsewhere.

I've played with many other cheaper systems and wasted both time and money. Once you get your head around tagging and campaign sequences, Infusionsoft is really quite simple. At last a product where you don't have to fit what you want to do around a product's features. This does what I want for my business - and even more powerful now I've upgraded to using CustomerHub.

Flexibility! If I want to send emails, no problem. Faxes - Done. Internal communications - No problem. Voice mail - You betcha'. No other software can do this - It's not just online marketing it's fully integrated marketing software that even gives you a visual campaign builder to boot! Like anything worth pursuing there is a bit of a learning curve on the front end. But either you learn up front the easy way - When they are there to teach you and it's new and exciting OR You learn the hard way with other CRM software that won't do everything this software can do and lose your pants in lost clients, lost opportunities and lost revenue.

Infusionsoft is a great client management system that allows you to engage your database on a very consistent basis. Although the product itself does take sometime to figure out, once you get it, the tools and systems are limitless. You can basically build whatever "campaign" you want. I'm looking forward to it allowing my personal training in Bethesda/Chevy Chase and Silver Spring, MD to be the absolute best in the Washington, DC metro area!

Infusionsoft helps me to automate and personalize my email communication to customers and prospects. I just started to use the HOT LEADS function and love it! I am alerted when someone in my mailing list is engaging with my touches, and this allows me to step in, and send a personal email or phone call. The system was designed to help me organize my leads, and then close sales, and I am excited for where it will take me.

I really like this software. It gets better and better every year. I mostly use CRM and Automation. Great sending out welcome campaigns for new customers, requesting customer reviews, sending out surveys, requesting referrals - all with automation and intelligence. So powerful. I believe Infusionsoft for marketing will be what Quickbooks is to small businesses accounting.

It's a great solution for smart and efficient marketing to and managing of customer databases. There are really so many tools to use to automate the whole leads-to-sales-team process. It's really neat and what's best of all is that IS is always working so hard to make it better. It just gets better with every update. Kudos to IS!

It includes nearly all the management systems that a small business needs: autoresponders, sales force management, shopping carts, CRM, multiple users, affiliate programs,...
