Lime CRM solved the problem of saving information about clients, as well as setting and performing tasks for working with clients
Easy to learn and use. And for administrator is easy to make small changes

Easy to administer and to use.Filters and views make it possible to see what you are most interested in. A big challenge is to get the user to register relevant data in the system.
The access to self-administer certain parts of the system. Change text and add / delete fields without having to hire a consultant. Make it fast to help the user customize the system.
Integrations with our own business systems partly due to the installation "on premise" instead of cloudsolutuion hosted by Lime. Desktop client functionality is not fully implemented in web client

We can get reports of our data in more or less any format we want, at the same time as we have a user friendly system for our staff to work with.
Lime offered to build a portal for our member organisations, making it possible for us to cooperate and share information on multiple levels. We were in need of quite a lot of customization. The team at Lime was great to work with. They helped us sort out what is really important, and to break free from old habits in our old system.
As a non-profit organisation we have limited funds to keep developing the system. Lime did a really good job building a solution for us, but of course there are things we would like to keep developing.

Lime CRM makes it easier to follow up and renegotiate contracts. It also makes it easy to organize clients into marketing activities and/or event invites.
This product is very easy to learn and use. It's a great way to organize and list one's clients. I love the integration we've recently made with GetAccept, an easy and professional way of sending out contracts with e-signature.
I wish we could integrate Lime CRM with our hotel booking system Opera, so that we could get the clients' statistics (room nights) into each company profile card smoothly and easily.

Great to manage your "to do´s", keep alot of information on every contact and keep track of your sales.
What I like most is that you can fit so much details to every customercard. Easy to keep track what you have done and what you have left to do with each and everyone. I like the design (or my OCD does anyway ;) )
The sync to send an offer through Get Accept is not working as you would like.

With us, Lime CRM function as the link between sales and production/finance.
Lime is a great CRM system. I like the possibilities of customize and adapting the modules to our organization.
The creation of Word documents is slow, it's the bottleneck in our administrative workflow

CRM Lime gave us the platform to gather and connect customer information, future prospects, follow-ups and the sales pipe we needed. A good overall experience.
Most important is a base for customer information, sales and follow-ups and the connection between them. The best impact is the to-do list as a reminder for follow-ups. Integration with gmail was a must and was solved by great support. The flexibility to add and change fields is of great use.
The administration tool could be easier to use. Not always logical and it needs practicing by the user. The integration with gmail had its challenges, solved by great Lime Support. The business structure and peoples different permissions how to use and what to see in CRM Lime had its limits.

We can easy see what's been said between us and the customer. Simple transfer between our departments in the company.
It's easy to use and overview all of our tickets, customers and deals.
So many options to choose from. We that use desktop client don't get as much updates and new functions as those that uses the web client.

Easy CRM system that covers our needs for our daily work. The customer support is also great!
It's easy to use and easy to find several documents and contacts. Important tool for all in our department (service) to see the complete chain of work due to visible documentation.
That there's a limit for the amount of documents you can have in the CRM-system. The limit is 10,000 documents and we have a lot more... which makes it hard to seach under the Document-tab - you can not see a single document, and when you try to search for a document, the complete program breaks down and forces you to close it. I receive a lot of complains because of this.

Efficient tool to follow business and issues in all levels - partners, suppliers, customers - taking CRM in use has been really good decion. Pricing, volumes, contracts, meeting minutes, todos - all what a sales person could want to support the sales.
Easy information sharing and follow up.
Sometimes the view is small with important parts, difficult to read easily. But pretty difficult to say what we could like the least as overall CRM is really informative and efficient tool.

We use Lime to support fundraising and our communication with donors.
Easy search and easy acces to information. Focus on the customer. We have 25 integrations and a lot of data. The company Lime Technologies always deliver the expected or more.
When I a few times thinks something isn't perfect, it's because our needs (or specification) wasn't clear enough.

Full control of all processes, from sales to service issues on machines and documentation! It is great!
The flexibility and that I'm after all this years still are surprised how well it supports our processes and could adapt to new needs!
That i cant run it at on Azure DB (Maybe solved now?)

We can in a more professional way cooperate in the sales and marketing team. We can in a way better way follow leads and work with resources. Our communication is way more professional than before.
The graphic design, the easiness of use and the service level from the Lime team. For us Lime has meant a lot both in contract management but most importantly we can in a very good way expand our sales and marketing team.
I would like to see better connections between Lime CRM and Bisnode or similar systems to import information more easily.

Since the Lime CRM is based on excel it is easy to use and it was quite logical to set up and customize for our use. I mainly use it to find and add contact information and for that is works perfectly. It is great that you can link people to companies or to other people (i.e. assistants). It is also easy to make different kind of contact listst, add tasks or projects. I use this a lot also when planning different kind of networking events too.
Our company doesn't really have direct clients or products that we sell, so Lime is not always completely designed for our needs. But this was something we found out to be the problem with almost all the CRM systems.

I am very happy with this important IT-tool. Customers and Quotations are easily handled, followed and created. Lime is also visually good looking.
Easy to use, possibility to local installation, integration with current ERP-system and possibility to create quotation process.
Hard to think even one feature that I do not like :)

We had fairly good order in our old system, but now it's great and getting better :-)
It is user friendly and easy to adapt to anyones way of working. That means that I save time and I get the job done!
I'm not sure that it is Lime CRM's fault, but two integrations with other systems didn't succeed. We came from Lime Easy and there we had one of the integrations. The other one we had big expectations for, but...

Noting but good!
The product is easy to use and helps our sales force every day. We're very pleased with the support och the help with new integrations towards out other systems
Not the best product for Mac users, have to use the web-version and that does not align with out process in an optimal way.

Work flow control is easier and work load lighter, not much but still. :)
Easy to implement and start with. Sharing and controlling outward offers and agreements has been valuable for our organisation.
Some problems when connecting teams or group of people to the projects.
