Monday CRM Streamlines Everything

Pros

We love how easy Monday CRM is to use. It keeps all our info in one place and on the same software as our project management - this eliminates delays, streamlines projects, and ensures we don't miss a single lead. We love that there is a quote/estimate feature built in and that we can keep track of our customers easily at a glance. It is also very flexible and we have customized to fit our business.

Cons

We really wish the quote feature was more intuitive and flexible! There aren't many options for customization and the end result is usually blurry that we send to customers. We continue to use it since it is so simple but would really like to see some changes there. We are happy to chat more about what we are looking for and how the quote process could be improved in our opinion!

Great project management tool within a CRM

It has been a great experience for us using monday.com. We have tracked all our projects on time using the tool, assigned tasks to one another and have open-ended conversations as it makes the visibility of getting the task done great.

Pros

Monday.com has been one of the easiest project management tools I have ever used, it has great UX and UI. The functions of the platform are very easy to use and keep everything managed, organised and tracked for all users. The integration has been very good of the tool with Hubspot and it comes at a very decent price.

Cons

I would say as there are many functions available within Monday.com which makes it difficult for big organisations with 1000s of people to use it properly. This makes the learning at the beginning hard as everyone needs to understand the tool in order to use it right.

Monday.com is a Great Tool for Several Needs

We are using Monday.com for our internal strategy work. We use Basecamp for project management for our clients but Monday is a better fit for internal-only work.

Pros

The most valuable feature of Monday.com is flexibility. It offers several features and options for managing and using the tool but you have the option to utilize them as you see fit for your specific needs.

Cons

While the pricing is reasonable, I feel it should be priced better for additional users without having to upgrade to the next package level.

Great for Design and Development Agencies

It's great for our design and development agency, it just works; it works well with clients through sharable boards as well as internal management. We can build up our processes based on the requirements of our clients or projects; which vary in size and industry - the customisation of the boards makes working with monday.com a breeze. There are a couple of things we would love to see in addition but our general experience has been awesome!

Pros

Customisation of boards, Internal, Sharable and Private board abilities. Discussions with clients through Shareable boards makes managing tasks easier alongside typical email discussions.

Cons

The API is a little limited and prevents us from creating our own integrations with monday.com to better suit some of our clients.

By using this tool my organization's performance increased and in turn satisfied the clients by showing the results in time. Higher authorities saves lot of time and they concentrate on other crucial tasks where they can improve the business Profits.We found good Return on Investment by using this tool.

Pros

We can assign the work to subordinates from anywhere through this app.It is very easy to use and easy to know status of projects assigned to someone who are working from home.Progress of each stage of the project can be known here. We can create a board where different stages of the project are represented by columns, where the overall performance of the project can be known easily.Good support team to solve the queries.

Cons

This tool is costly where small Organizations cannot buy it. Sometimes it doesn't respond properly and it is slow .

I am at this point an extensive user of Monday in many variations

The ability to coordinate with tasks while out with clients. The ability to coordinate large arrays of information (I have a board with over 400 items, each with document attachments, and Monday has allowed me to not only clearly define each one, but to assign tasks, have ongoing dialogue and track and manage each pulse with ease. This alone is just amazing and virtually impossible with any other tool I have.

Pros

The incredible flexibility and uses for Monday are just endless. I use it for business planning, working with tech specialists, working with colleagues, and I even use it for personal task management as well as to organize some subcommittees at a non-profit I am involved in.

Cons

OK two things. One, it does not quite sync up with my calendar they way I want it to. And two - I am in NYC and I can't use it underground where there is not a signal.

Moving from Zoho was the best decision for us. The user interface makes it easy to use and visually appealing.

Cons

As a relatively new platform they are still adding new features. It can be challenging to keep up with all the new updates and maximize usage.

Exactly What We Needed.

monday.com is perfect. Before we used an old fashioned T Card set up, writing all our projects onto little bits of paper, sadly paper goes missing and clients end up unhappy. Since we got monday.com to keep track of all projects the team work on we have been 99% successful in keeping projects up to date and good to see where others are at at different projects. I cannot praise monday.com enough for the easy to use software they have made. I can keep tracks on prjects from home and from mobile while travelling. 10/10

Pros

Easy to use, minimal design makes it easy on the eyes, easy to keep track of projects and keep in touch with other team members

Cons

IF I had to say 1 issue with monday.com, it would be the tenancy to update the software without notice. I am fairly tech savvy as they say so it's not an issue for me but understand people not as tech savvy might not be tuned to change as quickly.

The main business we solved on monday.com is the CRM. Because in a travel agency business, customer service is a key to success.

Pros

I like this software because it solves our main issue - centralizing the workspace. By having a centralized workspace, it's easier to produce the standard operating procedure for each department. Not that monday.com has the automation feature for particular tasks, but it also helps our business to slowly automate the whole process. Our team loves this software very much. We treat our work as a game.

Cons

I wish we could have a chat feature on monday.com. The mirror feature is not optimized. e.g. The number or formula does not have the summary function.

Best organization software I've used.

Pros

Fully customizable. I have boards for everything from lead management to bill tracking. Want to mark how likely you are to get a 5 star review from a client? You can make a column for that. Want to upload photos to a client's project? You can do that too. Want to create an automation to import emails based on keywords and create new leads automatically. Easy. This is a life saver.

Cons

So far, every one of my complaints have been resolved by new updates.

Overall, Monday a convenient way to organize collective work, especially during these pandemic times when many people are working remotely from home.

Pros

Monday is easy to organize and understand, with customization options that enable different teams to track their progress. A feature that shows you when another team member has seen your comment is especially helpful. In addition, various integrations are available (for example: customer leads from MailChimp automatically are added to our Monday boards).

Cons

Honestly my only complaint is that there is no customer support via chat. While e-mail response times from the customer support team are decent, a chat option would be a lot better.

We save a lot of time especially with most people out of the office every day Manual, handwritten lists are gone now Scanned ists are gone Everyone works off the same list of clients and can see the conversations going on

Easy to track minor jobs High visibility of who is to do what Email reminders mean there is a list of jobs to be checked on later

Cons

multiple lists can be created - not always the best thing to do Hard to prioritise jobs Hard to get a sense of everything not done for one contact

if you are a small medium business, I think that Monday can serve you well. you get lots of other benefits when using Monday for other applications so it is a win win.

Pros

The ease of use and ease of implementation made it great to persuade my colleagues to start working with Monday. we are supposed to start working with Salesforce in a 1/2 a year. not sure it would be easy to make the change.

Cons

you still need to configure the product to your needs. designated apps come with more ready made processes but the cost is much higher

Overall, the problems I solved are the organizing and tracking. I realized the benefit of lead management and storing contacts. I like how this software makes my complex task easier.

Pros

The most impactful features are the lead management, lead capturing and customer onboarding. It is so easy to use based on my own experience. When I integrated it to my business, it runs smoothly.

Cons

I like all the features but what I like least is the forms. I think it needs a little bit more options. In my case, I sometimes use it but sometimes I don't. I just prefer printed forms and personal transactions. I'm learning to utilize it though and so far, I'm liking it.

A solid solution to track your virtual projects

If you're looking for a way to track all of your projects, monday.com is it. It lets us know where we stand in each and every one of our projects, lets us know when the ball is in our court or our client's, and helps our team stay on top of their assigned tasks. We've used several different types of project management systems, and this is the first one that actually does what it's supposed to do. Everything we found - prior to monday.com- was designed to invoice people, take payments, email clients, launch marketing campaigns, etc. They were jack of all trades but masters of none. We were looking for a project management system that got down and to the point - manage the status of our projects. If you're looking for something similar to that, give monday.com a shot.

Pros

It helps our team visualize where we are with a simple chart.
