 Customer care is great

The whole program seems to be easy to navigate around, I am a new user and have yet to utilize all it's functions. Over all when needing assistance Peek is always there friendly and very professional.

Being introduced to the program I was intrigued by how professional, simple clear and stylish looking the display was. Now having worked with the program, I am marvelously impressed not only with the looks, but the professionalism behind the scenes. What I encountered deserves a more than five stars. Someone is available online, so it seems, all the time. I am using the program, not for travel, but for corporate and studio bookings in my business. We were able to adapt, modify and succeed in making it all work for my purposes. Thank You team. The not so five stars are simply because of little conveniences that travel bookings won't need, but I'd so wish for.

Pros

the looks of presentation, different possible displays, personal assistance

Cons

that I have to type in all repeat client's details. 6% seems really high for my business, income comparison to your mainstream client in travel, and I'd like the services be available to all.

The software does what it should and is reliable. Inegation with Quickbooks would be a nice feature. Not as user friendly as I would like but the company makes up for it with great customer service.

Pros

Being able to adjust product offerings as needed.

Cons

Calendar and adding appt times could be easier to use. Especially recurring times.

Exceptional Booking Tool and Customer Service!

I have used PEEK for a couple of year now and couldn't be happier with my overall experience. The PEEK booking system is user friendly, versatile, and has an excellent presentation. The customer service I receive when I contact PEEK is great. Their team is professional, knowledgeable, and they always respond promptly. They also have regular teleconferences to educate you on how to best use PEEK and convert your site's visitors. I would highly recommend PEEK to any tour company looking for a booking system.

We've seen a 25% increase in clicks to conversion to sales!

We've seen a 25% increase in the conversion of clicks to sales! More to follow on that later. We switched over to Peek after spending 10 years with Zerve. We were in fact one of Zerve's first customers outside of NYC, making us one of the first tour companies in the country to move to an online reservation platform! While being forced out of necessity to make a switch was not ideal, we did our due diligence, checked out EVERY major platform on the market, compared each and decided that Peek offered the best combination of features and value. And, we have not been disappointed. Peek's integration team did a fantastic job of moving us over onto their platform. Their development team has been responsive to suggestions and has been steadily adding more and more useful features in a timely manner, and the customer support team has been great with answering questions and addressing problems as they occasionally arise. As I mentioned at the outset, we've seen a 25% increase in the conversion of clicks to sales! After much research and consideration, we have determined that this is due to the ease of use of the mobile and web platforms. A customer can literally book a reservation in under a minute! They can book so quickly that they don't even have time to second guess themselves. Needless to say, as a leader in the tour industry who has been utilizing online platforms since the beginning, we are thrilled with Peek and its platform!

Cons

It's missing a few whistles and bells I would like to see. But, I've spoken with the development team and many of these updates are on the way...

Buena experiencia en general, mejorar comunicación en español

Desde que tengo el software me he sentido muy bien. Es de gran ayuda. Siento que no he tenido la suficiente capacitación para sacarle el 100%. Las funciones nuevas no las conozco bien. Me gustaria que tuvieran un personal en español que fuera mas de la mano con clientes como yo. Las necesidades del mercado mio son muy diferentes a las de un operador en USA.

It's My Back Office

Peek handles all my bookings. I just show up and give the tour and Peek puts money in my account. What could be better? I especially like the mobile features. I can log into my iphone, check everyone off in a minute or 2 and start. They take care of all the administrative details.

Great new productive changes

Very impressed with the new changes. I was pretty much satisfied before and now I'm very glad that I have chose p2b my service collector I guess you would call it on my webpage. Also I like the individual service in the event that I do need to speak with someone. In the past when I have to call I get instant service so you guys keep up the good work and if any of you out there need a collection service such as peek feel free to pass my name on to that individual company thank you again

I use peek pro for my small tour company. It is easy to use, I had a dedicated person to help me set up, and they promptly respond whenever I need their help in adding a tour, changing a setting, etc. and my customers never report trouble in the booking process. Thanks!

The site it self isn't bad at all and the customer service people are great.

The site it self to use is not very user friendly. There are too many moves to be made to book a day or to cancel a day, The calendar is very confusing. I spoke with one of your set up people and showed him a few other sites I work with and how easy it was to book a trip or to cancel one. I have different boats with different times and need the people to know what days and times are available.
