By incorporating a drag-and-drop interface with interactive chart navigation, Built for Teams enables users to edit groups and maintain information. To enhance user-productivity, Built for Teams allows users to share, publish, or print their org charts.
Designed to centralize employee records, Built for Teams provides users with a single place from which to store all employee contact information and documents. With custom fields, users can determine exactly what information or details they want to track. Built for Teams’ centralized HR system is also useful for employee recruiting, applicant tracking and onboarding processes as users can collect applications, screen applicants, and manage employee onboarding documentation all from the same platform.
Built for Teams equips users with the technology to request, review and approve employee time off through a simple self-service portal from which they can submit time-off requests, view the status of pending requests, and see their full transaction history. Through electronic request notifications, approval links, and automatic company calendar and employee record updates, Built for Teams serves to automate PTO management.
