HR admins can upload all types of training documents and contracts in one place for full-time employees, part-time, or contractors. Managers can store handbooks and procedures for employees within simple self-service portals.
HR Partner's self-service portals offer a personalized activity dashboard for each employee, and permissions to edit profile information. Employees can submit time off requests, routing them to managers automatically for approval. The platform helps users keep track of employee absences by sending auto-reminders to avoid missing any important dates.
