Not bad but not seamless either

Pros

It is nice to have the ability to interact with customers through the main phone number of the dealership

somewhat fussy about contacts and possible duplication

Easy to use and has all the functions I need to help me.

Pros

Allows me to keep I direct touch with the customer at almost all times.

Kenect Overview

The associates at Kenect have been absolutely great to work with from the beginning. It is very rare that we have any questions/issues, but if we did; it was resolved and/or explained quickly. So far, using Kenect has been easy for us and our customers.

Pros

This product is easy to learn, understand and use. We are able to apply it to various departments throughout our company (ie: Parts, Service, Marketing).

Cons

It would be nice to have an option to send out a mass message to users based on specific criteria.
