Functionality is delivered through five core modules aligned with distinct operational areas. The People module provides workforce management including performance tracking with goals, feedback, reviews, and role based performance history alongside recruiting and subcontractor management. The Property module handles asset management for vehicles, equipment inventory tracking, and insurance policy organization with claims oversight. The Process module centralizes standard operating procedures through process mapping, training materials, meeting coordination, and organizational communication tools. The Pipeline module oversees the customer journey from marketing attribution and call tracking through sales and production scheduling and includes a weather assistant feature that issues automated alerts and optimizes the calendar for weather dependent work. The Performance module delivers financial reporting with synchronized accounting data, customizable key performance indicator tracking, target setting, and executive dashboards. An optional standalone customer relationship management module supports quoting and proposal generation, field sales portals, and communication templates with automated workflows.
The platform integrates with over forty third party business applications spanning CRM systems, accounting platforms, human resource software, email and calendar applications, analytics tools, advertising platforms, phone tracking services, and fleet management solutions. Bidirectional data synchronization aggregates information from existing systems and allows replacement of specific tools within a technology stack. The Transform tier extends the integration architecture by offering application programming interface access for custom connections to proprietary or industry specific applications.
Enterprise grade encryption and security protocols protect sensitive data in compliance with industry standards. Most implementations complete initial setup and integration configuration within one day of onboarding.
