<b>Enterprise Grade Security</b>
The Centrical application and database is hosted on AWS. Centrical uses AWS security, configuration management, logging, and deployment added-value services to facilitate a scalable, robust, configurable, and tightly secured environment. Multiple firewalls are deployed both externally and internally between all system components, The platform uses several monitoring and configuration services designed to ensure security. Incapsula WAF is used for blocking DDoS as well as other network threats. Dome9 security and audit service is used to monitor and audit access permissions using AWS firewall (permission sets). Stackify service is used to monitor application health and traffic patterns.
<b>Integrations</b>
Centrical is designed to integrate seamlessly with enterprise applications (CRM, POS, Telephony, VoC, etc.). Data ingestion is available via API, SFTP, and email. Rest API is available for real-time updates. SFTP and email are also available for data transfer.
