What is TRAFFIT?
TRAFFIT is a cloud-based recruiting solution for HR departments and recruitment agencies which offers a range of tools for publishing and advertising jobs, receiving and reviewing applications, managing candidates, collaborating with colleagues or clients, communicating with candidates, and more. The mobile-responsive platform can be accessed from any device, and integrates with Slack to enable collaboration between users.
TRAFFIT allows users to create and publish job vacancies to their own careers page and various job websites. Default layouts can be created and branded, then edited for each role, and opened for applications with an attached application form. Candidates can also be added to the database directly from LinkedIn. The candidate database can be searched and filtered by keywords or exclusions, and candidates can be added to groups based on their skills.
With TRAFFIT, users can control the number of stages in their recruitment process. Users can ‘like’ or ‘dislike’ candidates when browsing, and invite their colleagues to review specific candidates. Communication with candidates via email and SMS is supported by TRAFFIT, and communication histories are recorded. TRAFFIT also lets users analyze their recruitment process with average hiring times, best candidate sources, number of applicants, and common candidate rejection reasons.
