“I work in a facility where overtime is frowned upon - severely. Timesheets keep that information assessable at any time, anywhere. Timesheets are handy for evaluating employees tardiness as well as overtime for that shift. Often, employers can question why a certain employee continuously clocks out late for no apparent reason. I am not an administrator and have no access to the other side of what Paycor can do, but I imagine it as a timesaving treasure for payroll personnel and a valuable tool to view the broad spectrum of when and where money is going.”
