What is Cliniko?

Cliniko is a medical practice management application that allows healthcare practices of any size to manage patients and practitioners across multiple locations. Features include multi-platform online booking, scheduling, billing and invoicing, patient histories, real time alerts, and statistical reporting.

With Cliniko's scheduling functionality, users can manage appointments made through the practice website, Facebook page, or on-site through automatic sync with the Cliniko appointment diary. Users can also manually create one-off or repeat appointments, group bookings, and classes. Patient health records and appointment histories are securely stored in the platform and can be updated using pre-designed or custom document templates, body charts, uploaded files, and more.

Cliniko includes an optional alerts feature to send patients reminders and notifications for upcoming appointments and payments. Additionally, alerts can be set up to notify practice managers of late or overdue payments and pending appointments. Real-time alerts are generated for patient arrivals, cancellations, confirmations, and practitioner delays. With the built-in reporting and tracking features, practice mangers can view statistics and analytics for appointments, revenue per practice and practitioner, client spend, cancellations and no-shows, referrals, and outstanding invoices.
