Great software for sales

Analyzing what is the problem for those leads who don't complete the pipeline and creating new strategies to increase the closures

Pros

It requires to invest time and patient to understand each feature of the software but with a good training is like a magic key to increase sales

Cons

Some features are quite difficult to understand and use and there are too many fields for a lead to fill in

Great software for sales team. Easy to use, data entry is minimal creating a higher adoption rate among users.

Pros

User interface is very simplistic. Graphics showing where prospects are in the sales cycle is great. Minimal data entry, creating higher adoption rates. Dashboard great reminder of the sales cycle.

Cons

Exporting info is a bit cumbersome. Would like to see phone number on the initial contact list screen without diving into each contact.
