In general, I tend to have a positive experience with Kixie PowerCall, as the platform's integration with popular CRM systems, automatic call logging, and real-time analytics and reporting features are all well-received and effective in improving sales productivity and efficiency. However, I have expressed concern about the pricing, which may be too high for small businesses or teams with limited budgets. User interface could be more intuitive. Honestly, I have truly enjoyed using Kixie over a LOT of other phone programs that I have used in the past. The ease of going to an account and clicking a single button to dial has reduced my time between calls by over 65%, which is nice when you are cold calling sales prospects all day long. Less down time means more dials, means more sales.

Sheryl, we're very sorry to hear your experience with Kixie was less than you had hoped for. We pride ourselves on 100% US-based customer service, and we do provide live customer service over the phone, email, and chat. 

The reason we do not offer pro-rated refunds for service is due to the costs associated with the US-based support resources that we offer, and also the fact we do not require contracts or annual payments of our customers in order to use the system. You can cancel at any time, but there are no pro-rated refunds when you do, so that we can continue to offer these services and benefits.

As we have grown we have continued to develop new features in response to customer feedback. Due to popular demand, we recently completed a major update which includes list-based multi-line PowerDialing, allowing our customers to auto-dial up to 10 contacts simultaneously. We prioritize the features that we hear the most requests for, and unfortunately not every request can be met.


So far it has been really good. Reliable and functional.

My overall experience with Kixie has been phenomenal since day 1. Kixie will truly listen to your company's needs and expectations. Kixie will strive to make the consumer experience so much better.

Kixie, a phone system hero that we all need! 

Overall, our experience has been positive. We're running the trial right now, but having a platform that allows us to call easily with a local presence, has a slick dealer with features like voicemail drop, automatic post-call notes and dispositions, and SMS built right in, all that integrates fully with most popular CRMs is a godsend. All for a monthly price that's less expensive (or at least comparable) to other options on the market. As of yet, I don't have much negative to say about the platform.

I would highly recommend, and know this will be a company our business will continue to use for a long time. I'm excited to see what Kixie has to offer in the near future, and see big things coming from this company!

Great Phone Solutions to integrate with Pipedrive CRM

Thanks for your feedback about desk phones. Our solution is meant to be completely cloud based, but we will work with our IT team in regards to better desk phone programming.

Our office is extremely satisfied with the software.  Everyone is multi-tasking and we couldn't be more pleased.  Must demo if you are still shopping.  

Must Try - Been using over three years and constantly gets better

Love it, we used to use another call software and it would drop calls like a Dallas Cowboy receiver drops footballs, but in came Kixie!! and saved use from having that awkward call back to the customer explaining why the call keeps dropping. 

So in conclusion, If you are not working with Kixie you are not working officiant.

My full experience with it is not the greatest. It is down weekly to where I can't make calls, receive calls or text. Also, it doesn't connect very well with CRMs so all I can see is numbers but no names from contacts that are inputted into the CRM so sometimes it is a bit of a guess playing with it or just takes extra time to be effective with it. 2 out of 5. 

My experience hasn't been the greatest with it. 

As a fully remote company, my team needed ONE phone number for our contacts to call to reach an available ear.  Giving our contacts the option to route their call directly to a specialist with their own extension came in handy.

It's been really bad, I will not be renewing and I am unhappy with the customer service.  I tried on several attempts to reach out to them and resolve the issue, however they have a strict no refund policy and apparently don't care if you are satisfied with the product or not.  You also can't turn off auto renewal at all, I had to write them explicitly telling them NOT to renew my subscription - because they will just automatically charge you their annually fee without any advanced notice.  I really am not happy with this product.

                                                       Before using Kixie, we were just using Google Voice. We had a few other call tools that we were using as well, such as AnswerConnect. I believe we were using [Sakari 00:00:26] Voice before that, but what really sold us on Kixie was their integration with HubSpot.
                                                       We chose Kixie because we liked how easily it integrated with HubSpot and then which allowed us to send automated SMS and the HubSpot workflows, and so when we get these leads coming in, our sales reps do try to do their best to try to get to them as quickly as possible. But we know that timing is key and so with Kixie we can send out automated SMS pretty quickly, and then we can say whatever you want within that SMS, which means that we can ask them for the best time to call. On top of that, we also can automate voicemails as well. So there's a few time-saving features that we do like with Kixie.
                                                       I would definitely give probably, at least a 72 hour buffer with Kixie, especially if you are trying to keep the same office number. There is a bit of a transferring process that takes some time and then there is also a learning curve with Kixie. So [inaudible 00:01:46] Kixie can teach you how to use the app. There's an app version and a desktop version that works together. So it's not the easiest integration or setup process I've seen with a lot of tools, but once you can start going with it, then it's something that you're going to be using every day.
                                                       I would say with Kixie, there are a few kinks that need to be fixed. I do believe there may be a smaller company than perhaps some of their competitors. Their app can be a little bit funky. What I would recommend really is just to keep up with customer support. I do believe that they can be a bit better with communicating any updates that they're doing. And so whenever there is an issue, reach out to their chat support and they can pretty much get you fixed right away, but having to keep tabs with that, which I wish it was the other way around. So if you like the automations, then I would definitely go with Kixie, but if you are concerned with being with a smaller company or a startup such as Kixie, then I would go for one of the competitors that have everything really ironed out.

Features and Benefits Galore

John S.:                                               Hi, my name is John. I work at a solar installation company. I'm a business development manager, and I rate Kixie PowerCall a five out of five. When we went looking around for a solution for our problem. We had quite a few different options on the table. At first, we were thinking about maybe just keeping things the same and perhaps improving some of the training of how to use our phone system that we currently had at the time. Agents were having to hand dial and leave personal voicemails. That amounted to a good amount of time spent per call to turn it around and we were looking to gain some efficiencies, that way we could increase our workforce and do things a lot easier for the agent and also a lot more productive for the company.
                                                       We looked at some other softwares from SafeCall and CoreNexa, we looked at Rail Call. We looked at RingCentral and a lot of these different softwares that were out there had similar features and benefits. And it came down to what was going to be the easiest integration with our software CRM, and what would require the least amount of training for our agents so they didn't have to reinvent any wheels as much as possible. And so, once we started comparing pricing and features and benefits, we boiled things down to what was going to be the best solution for us. Once it came time to finally make a decision, we picked Kixie out of the bunch for some very straightforward reasons. It came down to the ability to click to call for our agents, and also the ability for them to disposition their calls. Additional benefits that we saw were the ability to do prerecorded voicemails as well as prerecorded templates for text messages.
                                                       And it allowed our agents more time per day to generate activity. It also helped increase their energy throughout the day because they weren't having to physically dial or physically leave voicemails, but still keep the personal touch of a recorded voicemail to the customer. So it got to be very quickly adopted amongst the team. Additional support from Kixie on the back end to troubleshoot was really, really helpful and in a quick turnaround. As things came up there hasn't been a whole lot of customer support needed, and we continue to find features and benefits that have helped increase our productivity, like their dashboard and the ability to pull a call and listen to it. To be able to coach to it, to be able to wide monitor and listen to the call, it was great for performance and feedback, and then be able to continue to spread this product easily amongst different departments.
                                                       So what started in sales and moved to operations and moved from marketing and we're continuing to see this adoption amongst the other departments. And it's been a really nice improvement and the cost has been fantastic. Finance loves it and so, we're sticking with it and we're continuing to see those benefits in an increased bottom line and agent satisfaction. When it comes to integration, it was one of the biggest reasons why we went with Kixie. It was already pre-setup with our CRM service. And so, we were able to pick them amongst a bunch because they already had the backend work. That was something that was important to us. We didn't have to worry about a clunky integration and they had everything already pre-setup. It just took a set up training, a one call in a room amongst the team with a gentleman from Kixie who was able to talk through the ins and outs.
                                                       We did a screen share and so, we had that initial support system and really from there, a lot of it was very intuitive. It didn't require a whole lot of extra legwork to get to know how things would work. It was pretty much business as usual. So every new user we bring onto the platform, it's really simple for them to get started and see the successes. And it helped us structure our training and our onboarding in a way where as part of a new hires process, they pre-record their voicemails, they set up their text templates, they get familiar with the power call and the features of that. How to send a text message, how to leave notes. Some of those pertinent things that were having to be done manually are now very automated. So it really made the onboard process straightforward for us.
                                                       And that's another reason why we stick with it for over a year now. If you're just starting to look into what software might be right for your business you got to understand what it is you're really tying to accomplish. In our case, we wanted to increase agent satisfaction and we also want to decrease costs while improve productivity. It's not an easy thing to do and not every business has the same needs. And so, making sure you think through what do you really want that end result to look like? And how can you get into a software that's going to enable those things. I wish I had known how much you get married to the product when you get started, because once you get on the platform, any platform for that matter, if it's working well, you're going to want to stick with it for the longterm.
                                                       And in the beginning with Kixie, everything is fantastic and it still is to this day, but I could see that going the other way, if the product didn't meet the needs that we had for it and the expectations, and all of a sudden, we spend a lot of time and money with something that would be very difficult to get out of. So, just continuing to think through what is it that you want to achieve and is this something that other people will easily be able to incorporate in their day to day life? Because on paper it may look great, but you do want to make sure you consider all the users as a means in which to consider what's going to be the easiest, quickest fix in adoption with as little headache and as little pain as possible. And we've seen that with Kixie and continue to enjoy those benefits to this day.
