What is Zadarma?

Zadarma is a business phone system that removes the need for heavy hardware and wiring to setup, giving SMB's access to a wholly cloud-based office telephone system. Zadarma's cloud PBX can be customized to fit individual or corporate deployment and features a software wizard to assist successful, rapid configuration. Support for Interactive Voice Response (IVR) is backed by features including call pickup, transfer, recording, conditional and unconditional forwarding and call waiting. Voicemail is then joined by a scheduled answering machine, auto-responders, automated fax reception and auto attendant etc. VoIP calls through the Zadarma project also claim a 90% cost saving on traditional international call charges, while 30,000 virtual numbers including toll-free are available across 90 countries worldwide. Pricing packages and rates vary according to location and are scalable by number of members, while calls can be made via Zadarma's PC software (Windows) and the Zadarma SIP smartphone app for iOS and Android devices.

Third-party CRM and messenger application integration is promised for the likes of Zoho, Salesforce, Slack Telegram and Facebook Messenger, with the platform's own API providing extended development support. Website integration is facilitated with site widgets including a callback button to connect customers and raise conversion rates plus a “Click to call” virtual phone widget based on WebRTC. Additional notable features go on to include call tracking for analyzing website and advertising channel performance, plus of course the sending of SMS text messages and their receipt from mobile phone numbers located in 20 countries.

    Pros
    Very good software works perfectly in Mexico. Customer Support is great in different languages.
    I use Zadarma PBX for more than a year. It's great and stable product, easy to config, with great prices and very good support service.
    It's fast and easy to get any number I wanted. I am so far very happy with Zadarma and would recommend them to anyone looking for an online phone service.
    Cons
    Nothing worked for me, so wasted of time and money, they make jokes about your problem, and blame other for they fraud.
    Call forwarding as of yet does not work. They test calls from their system which is absolutely meaningless.
    Fails all the time, terrible customer support, they take your money and then ask.
