Overall, I love Zoho meeting just as much as I love all the other zoho apps. I switched my technology company over a year ago and since then weve switched every business we own over to all zoho apps to manage our businesses.
Very easy to navigate and use. The webinar feature is a major bonus to an already good platform.
In order to utilize the recording feature you must be on the pro edition.

We're a mobile fitness business so I like that we can gather everyone by video with a familiar Zoho tool as the employees are familiar with Zoho for email, chat and other things.
One of the things I liked most about using the Zoho Meeting is its simplicity. The platform is very user-friendly. My company uses several Zoho products so I was excited to see that our video conferencing, meetings, etc. could be centralized within our everyday work tools.
My only drawback is that the platform is maybe a little too basic. The design is very plain.

The updates have made this better and if you haven't tried it lately then give it a second look. I like the affordable price and good video/audio.
Zoho meeting is affordable and Integrates with Zoho suite, calendar, and social media. It can blur or replace backgrounds with a virtual background. I like that more than a client seeing me sitting in my car or at home with who knows what in the background. I always worry about that. There's an app and web client.It's also got in app private chat and keyboard share. Upgraded version has cloud recording and a new feature called lock meeting that prevents people from barging in late.
I can't record video from the meeting. I try to use screen record on my device but it doesn't always work out. Transcription not reliable.

Sound + video quality (they recently upgraded it in mid-2019, and it's WAY better than it used to be) Integration with other Zoho apps (especially pushing webinar visitors to Zoho CRM) Webinar + meeting functionality
I wish there was a Mac desktop app like GoToMeeting has, Zoho Meeting is good for one-off meetings but doesn't really shine as a remote work collaboration platform like GoToMeeting does.

Great sound quality, ease of scheduling/RSVPing and very good screen sharing/switching. Ability to record as well.
Occasional meeting startup problems, not the easiest software to manage regular/recurring meetings - but workarounds available.

Fantastic Experience and probably I will switch to Zoho platform for lifetime.
Platform is very convenient for usage & I would recommend this to anyone who are glued to buzz making platforms.
Platform marketing is not enough and that's why most people need this platform are glued to expensive platforms which do that exacly what Zoho does.

very good service! impressed with how it cen be so similar to zoom at such a muuuch lower price!!
almost just as good as zoom for a fraction of the price, with the exception of screensharing. very affortable!
One day the app on my computer cept loading when I was gonna start the meeting, and it never got to it. so had to switch to browser, and took me 5 minutes. felt a bit unreliable to me in that moment, but good its a workaround to launch it on google chrome insetad of the app

We love it! We have used it extensively for the past 3 years and we have seen its improvements.
Our clients/vendors love to know we use "our own company" video conference system instead of the general ones, they feel more secure and it looks more professional.
People get confused when connecting the first time, they dont know they can use it only via web, without downloading any app.

Providing tech support with ease - removing the lengthy setup processes for apps like Teams and keeping it all straight forward. Fab tool.
Pros - super easy to navigate and embed elsewhere. Gives me the ability to provide remote support to clients with ease - the best part is that the setup is extremely straightforward.
No cons currently! I am impressed by the available features and look forward to getting started.

The quality of the live transmission is great. It also uses less computer resources than other similar products I have used before.
The app is so easy to setup and use! It has a friendly interface, with no hidden issues. I love the technical support.
Probably the limit in host has been may main concern, since I provide services for different companies and manage different working environements, emails, etc.

setting up a system for daily meetings with remote staff for customers
it is all ran from common browsers without having to download extra software which makes it simple
I tried 4 meetings not one of them worked correctly, the first wouldnt show my desktop, then it did but was laggy then it just kept saying the presenter was having difficulty despite been in the same building

The program enables communication between our personal and professional lives. Easy access, simple sharing The continuous, extended calls without any interruptions The way it disconnects in the middle is a minor drawback, but other than that, it's fantastic.
Utilizing it is pretty simple. The cost is quite affordable. fantastic for the other person I'm talking to. Excellent and simple dashboard. I adore the fact that I can schedule a meeting or a webinar, and that the meeting includes a chat feature. In addition, I have more control over who speaks and appears on camera than the participants do. It includes Zoho One and is compatible with all Zoho calendars, booking systems, CRMs, etc. It maintains track of all of your meetings.
Sometimes it disconnects without even giving any warning. The UI needs more themes and setup options. Recurring meetings do not start in due time.

Simple application with all tools that are need for running a meeting. Recorded video size is also small and easy to access in future.
It has all tools that are need to do a business presentation. Like screen sharing , highlighting, recording etc.We have connected with 500 active participants like a group discussion and user are using different devices like mobile, laptop, mobile & even from smart monitor. The Meeting happened smooth and no delay in audio or video.
Data speed should be at its best to have a effective meeting.During webinar we join 1000+ participants at that time we found few where unable to join, so they cleared the history to join.

I have been using Zoho meetings for a little over a year now and have found it to be the best video conferencing app on the market. I started with Zoho meetings because I didn't want to deal with all of the setup and technical difficulties that come with Zoom or Skype. It was simple, easy, and intuitive from the start. Plus, it's cheap as well and it does not burn a hole in your pocket.
-It's a bit buggy sometimes -there were a few instances wherein the app just crashed

My user experience has been absolutely stunning and great help. It's a great tool that allows us to conduct meetings and webinars for free up to 60 min with 100 participants. This tool saves lots of time and money.It has also boosted our remote collaboration with phenomenal user experience.
What I really appreciate and like about Zoho Meeting it's very simple to use and easy to scale according to users needs, 24/7 support service, and very user-friendly and cost effective. I also like it's a very secure online meeting platform and webinar solution that has been very beneficial in finding new ways of collaborating with my colleagues who work remotely with efficiency. It has greatly enhanced our remote collaboration experience with our teams.
So far so good, I am still exploring the good side of Zoho and I have not encountered any negative experience. It's simple to use even for the first time users.

Zoho Meeting is enchancing the user experience at it come with the most useful feature that require to conduct the webinar. Email reminders help in to remind about our meetings. The chat and online polls help you to get connected with your attendee. We can also switch the presenter in between in meeting. The webinar analytical help you in collecting the details from your attendees. We can also add the brand logo and name for organisation’s account. iOS/Android apps let your attendees to join on mobiles. Host can mute the audio of attendees and can be up-mute on request to host.
Zoho meeting is a great conferencing software that let us conduct the online meetings and webinar in more efficient way. I have used many webinar solutions but Zoho Meeting is loaded with the most useful features. Best feature in it is we can publish the details for webinar and interested user can register and host can conduct it according. We can also share the screen, audio/video which make the webinar more interesting. Host is having option to perform share the selected application screen. The audio can be shared over the computer or over the dail-up.
I am unable to find any feature to point out in this section as it is doing it job very efficiently. Zoho should work on it support.

I have been a zoho paid subscriber since 2009 (invoicing, spreadsheets, and now webinars). I love the simplicity, design and the UI/UX.
I would love to see better recognition and user base in Spain, where I live. I keep recommending Zoho and after all these years most people around me feel I am a freak since they never heard from it before. I am a big fan of Google products and Hubspot, to name a few I use on a regular basis, but it is frustrating to see great software out there that does not get the recognition it deserves because the big guys are..., well..., big.

We are continuing to use Zoho and are hopeful that it will effectively address our meeting and webinar needs moving forward.
Zoho was recommended through online resources as a solid tool for meetings and webinars and noted that it could be used without requiring participants to download software. We were able to successfully host a webinar using Zoho.
Our experience with Zoho has been mixed. During tests of our webinar, we encountered challenges and discovered that the real-time support promoted by Zoho does not extend to webinars. We were unable to reach a Zoho representative by chat, telephone or email and ultimately did get a response through email and a commitment for a Zoho rep to join us for the webinar to be available to troubleshoot. Other challenges we encountered included mixed experience by users with sound quality and technical difficulties that prevented our webinar from being recorded, perhaps because we engaged the maximum number of participants and were unaware of settings that would maximize the experience under these conditions.
