    We deploy via a script and monitor via a check. It could be improved to automatically pull in the client's ID from Cove rather than us having to add this manually to the deployment script.

    This is a great product. I backs up all my devices, gives great reports, and allow me to validate the backup is recoverable.

    Would like it to integrate better, like you can enable all from the dashboard instead of having to run a script.

    From the dashboard I can see which systems have backup and one call also start the Cove backup application.

    Seeing and being alerted on backup success/failure is fantastic! I love this integration.

    Knowing a customers backup status without having to drill into another dashboard? Key!

    Good to be able to pull data into Passportal and use passwords in take control. Low score only because the documentation is a little clunky compared to other products out there.

    All I've found is Single Sign On, which is OK, but not as slick as other SSO integrations.
