Pros

The API is better than most ESP, the automations are both powerful and easy to setup with the visual editor, and the support is pretty good overall.
After the onboarding process is over with, you still have instant access to their help staff. The best: The help they give you.
Also, customer service is amazing. They truly went out of their way to make our transition to the product better and even did all the exporting of our email contacts from Emma to them easy to do.

Cons

The email editor is just horrible. It's clunky, it's ugly, it doesn't show all the sequence, even editing an email is a hassle.
I use it only for mail marketing. The full CRM solution is quite bad and has poor functionalities.
I fixed the problem but to no avail I cannot send out any emails and do not know how to lift their Under Review which means my account is on hold.
