For our big client its been a godsend, with smaller clients a bit trickier.

The Keyword Magic Tool is great and really helps to focus one's efforts on finding the best keywords for their content strategy. I love GA but it can be VERY confusing. SEMrush is a little easier to navigate and understand, and it delivers such amazing information and data that you can really use to improve your web presence. Compared to Ahrefs their link metric is weak which I think puts them in a bad state. Apart from this their overall User interface is a bit confusing but er get to used to it.

Even with the premium versions. The CRM system is so full of bugs and nasty little details they havent even thought about. Their webmail is the worst ever thing I have seen.

The best feature of Qualitrics is in fact that it checks your survey when you've completed it as a means to revamp or perfect it. Not only does Qualtrics have basically every feature you could want, it makes sure you are publishing surveys that are accessible for screen readers. Customer support is fantastic, as well.

They are by far more responsive than any of the other companies I've used. It was very easy to use. It had a lot of great features in the free version, but I'm interested in upgrading for some of the more advanced features. I absolutely love the customer support, i have never gotten such good and quick help from customer support in other survey platforms.

The customer service we've had with NUVI has been outstanding which makes the product, that much better. Pretty easy to use, the visualizations are nice looking and helpful. I think the biggest pro is the ability to very quickly create monitors and keep those running as long as needed. The customer service is absolutely fantastic. We love that they are willing to get on the phone to help setup monitors to make sure we get the information we are looking for.
