It offers good reports in terms of analytics and a good service to plan posts for the major social networks

Cons

There are strong limitations in terms of adapting a post to different platforms. Some social networks have limitations in terms of text space or type of images allowed, therefore enabling to edit the posts more easily for each platform would be useful

Pros

-Browser posting plugin -Smart Q for suggested best times based on engagement -Easily switch between brands -Integration with other valuable Zoho platforms -Android and Iphone mobile app

Cons

-if you have a client that needs to approve the content, then they have to be added as a user at an additional cost -Smart Q will sometimes only have one optimal time for a day, or possibly push your post out a few days for maximum engagement.

The interface is fairly intuitive and you simply plug in the social media accounts you wish to manage and then schedule posts and track your analytics with a quick button to check your brand health and even respond to comments

Cons

Instagram management is not quite as smooth as one would expect, possibly due to the way Instagram itself handles third party software, so you will find yourself unable to make or reply instagram comments.
