“I can book patients on a Monday, and not see the update on Google calendar until the end of the week. If a person needs timely updates to their general calendar, this is NOT the program for them. I don't exactly mind opening both programs to double check that things are accurate, but it's certainly a step backwards from what I used to do. Significant improvement is needed.”

“Integration would be great for ease of use. Unfortunately my Square device can only be used from my phone (the mobile app), which makes integration almost useless because I have to also log in (and verify the login using a third party app) and pull up the invoice on my phone. The alternative is to manually enter the amount on the square app on your phone and not integrate the payment, and then mark it as paid in Noterro, which is a little easier, but doesn't allow for marking it paid by all of the cards that Square accepts, which could potentially be problematic.”
“Why I first switched to Square from massagebook is because gift card feature is much better. Square has a great marketing , gift card sales and booking features. My sales went up just by switching. ”
