ERP MARK 7’s supply chain management module enables users to manage products, prices & discounts, sales orders, subscriptions, invoices, warehouse bins & locations, loyalty programs, commission programs, shipping, and more. Users can input different price plans for products, with the ability to calculate net prices, discounts, sales taxes, and surcharges. Subscriptions can be managed, with the option to provide multiple different subscription plans, or to allow customers to create custom plans with different durations and start dates. Product returns, refunds, and replacements or repairs within warranty periods can also be managed through ERP MARK 7. Payments in multiple forms can be accepted and recorded, including credit and debit cards, cash, cheques, bank transfers, and loyalty cards.
The manufacturing module in ERP MARK 7 gives users tools for work schedule management, capacity planning, quality assurance, composition, parts list, and formula management, material requirements planning, and more. The manufacturing assembly process (MAP) and schedule (MAS), master production schedule (MPS), bill of material (BOM), and production cycle can all be controlled by ERP MARK 7. Users can also manage a range of Human Resources activities including employee recruiting and onboarding, time off, expenses, timesheets, and performance evaluations, and accounting functions including accounts payable and accounts receivable, fixed assets, budget accounts, cost centers, purchase orders, invoices, company expenses, tax receipts, and more.
