Our pricing is tiered based on your monthly order volume. The more you ship, the more you’ll save!

Your monthly order volume will determine fulfillment pricing broken out by:

B2B / Wholesale Pick & Pack
Many wholesale orders require services beyond the standard DTC pick and pack process. These are the components that determine ShipMonk’s wholesale pricing:
Wholesale Order Fee
Master Case / Wholesale First Pick fee
Non-standard Carton Label (with / without EDI)
Invoice with Shipment
EDI Monthly Maintenance / Per Document Fee


#2 Shipping
Shipping rates are estimated and may vary depending on the shipment's origin, destination and final weight and dimensions.




#3 Storage
We automatically slot your inventory within our fulfillment centers based on product size, sales velocity and quantity. To ensure order accuracy, each SKU is stored separately.



#4: Special Projects


Special Projects
Special projects are one-off tasks that fall outside of the scope of the regular pick and pack process. They include requests like inventory counts, master case and retail builds, labeling, repackaging and bagging products, quality control, and any other generic tasks.


For larger or repetitive special projects, we can conduct a time study to determine how long the task should take and the cost to complete.

Packaging Materials
ShipMonk actively stocks the industry's most common poly mailers, bubble mailers, and boxes. If your products require special packaging, we'll work with you to source a cost-effective solution.
