    This integration is extremely important for getting deliveries to clients who order through tripleseat direct. Unfortunately, more times than not, the driver either doesn't show up at all or show's up very late. We have had to personally deliver orders before due to times not being updated on the drivers side or miscommunication between when we were expecting them versus when they are actually arriving.
