The system works pretty much all the time. Not much admin needed. My only recommendation. I wish it was not double the price for LDAP config. It would be very helpful to administer user accounts.Ease of use, always uptime

Better communication within the office of when guests are arriving, so reception is not caught off guard and someone can be at the front when guests are scheduledI like that it is customizable and significantly cheaper than the competition. Customer service has been excellent and I always get an answer within an hour.

Even though we were in the market for a replacement system on our antiquated paper based system and looking for ways to save on the expenditure with Proxyclick we have gained a lot more, we gained a visitor experience. We have deployed 11 sites using iPad kiosks and we are now looking to increase it to cover multi Country deployment. I was very surprised that most visitors mentioned Proxyclick positively when they arrived. Configured correctly it has given us greater benefits in a lot of areas, for example fire evacuation reporting, audit control, unified reception across all sites, multi entrance.Design, ease of use, very helpful support staff and pricing

Overall VMS functionality and feature sets. Compared four other VMS vendors based on our requirements, before selecting Proxyclick. Used trial period for three weeks and easily upgraded to the Large plan. Proxyclick was not the cheapest nor the most expensive. Their Help Center is very well done, informative. Support team is very responsive...online chat or phone. Very easy to setup. Used manual load for user provisioning instead of LDAP. Single Sign On (SSO) SAML was easy to setup. Integrates very well with Outlook Calendar and Email, Skype for Business, and SMS for scheduling and notifications. Not using Agreements, use of OneDrive was not necessary.

I strongly recommend Proxyclick Visitor Management to anyone looking for a easy-to-use, powerful and affordable visitor management systemWe manage roughly 1000 visitors a month with Proxyclick Visitor Management. As a Facility Manager, I am very happy with the tool. It's very easy to implement (web-based), very user friendly, and has great features (e.g. emergency list). Receptionists also love it: they have all the info of the visitors of the day in real-time and find it a great time saver (e.g. print badge and warn host in 1 click, e.g. invite visitor and book a parking space in one click).

Since we have introduced Proxyclick, it's very easy to see who entered the building. For instance in case of emergency you can get a list with all visitors that have checked in. When a visitor car is blocking one of our cars (or the neighbours' one) we can easily find the name of the owner of the car. Very good service and good pricing as well!Easy to use

By implementing Proxyclick we managed to full automate our visitor check in process, from printing the badges to informing the host of their visitors arrival. This has reduced work load on the receptionist as it is completely a self managed process.This is a great product and very easy to setup. The look and feel of the application is very clean and well thought out. The customer support team are very responsive and helpful.

Very professional looking user interface. Customizabillity is also good. Web customer console is easy to use. Good cost performance. Setting up the wireless printer was a bit challenge for non-tech person but somehow managed to configure it correctly. Customer service is responsive and friendly. Highly recommended.

Perfectly fine, easy to use. Little to no hiccups. It's just a matter of click, login and the app pretty much does the rest. Any time there's an issue while someone is checking in, it's almost always operator error. Would recommend to any company who values a record of who's coming in and out of their building.
