It's a great tool to improve team productivity. Whether you're in software development, sales, or marketing, it's awesome. You can easily view everyone's tasks on one board and then assign new ones, rate tasks based on difficulty and time needed, set deadlines, and more.

It is the best tool for project tracking and staying on task and productive. The only little complaint I have is that unless you log in, you can't easily see all the changes that have been made.

Kanban is based on the idea of limiting work in progress (WIP) to avoid overloading individual workers. It also leverages the concept of collaboration and communication, but it doesn’t stop there. Kanban helps manage projects holistically by providing a visual feedback loop that can be used to diagnose problems, identify bottlenecks, and see how changes impact the project as a whole.

user interface should be improved more to make this tool more user-friendly

For my current use, it had basic features available for free. The application was seamlessly accessible via browser and the mobile app. Must-have features worked with no issue at all.

For now, nothing comes to mind as I've been using the free version. I hope to access additional features in the coming weeks so that I have a better 'story' to tell about my completed stories and I can share my board with my partner.

Kanban Tool is one of my favorite tools due to its user-friendly design and accessibility. I'm able to easily create and assign tasks, prioritize them, and track progress in a highly visual way. The real-time collaboration feature is also great for quickly discussing tasks with my team. The reporting feature is incredibly helpful for keeping a close eye on progress. I love that it's customizable and flexible, so I can tailor it to my individual workflow needs.

I have yet to find anything unfavorable about it. It is much simpler and more cost-effective compared to other similar software.

Kanban Tool is an incredibly useful tool for project management. I particularly liked its ability to visualize tasks and the progress of a project. The visual cards on the board make it easy to see which tasks have been completed, who is working on a task and what tasks are coming up in the future. I also like the ability to create custom boards and prioritize tasks. It makes it easy to clearly see the progress of a project and what needs to be done to complete it. The notifications also keep me up to date with the progress of a project which is really helpful. I also find the collaboration features easy to use and they help to keep everyone on the same page

Honestly, I haven’t found anything I have disliked about Kanban Tool.

I find Kanban Tool to be incredibly useful because of its user-friendly interface. It's simple to set up and use, and it has a variety of useful features that make it an effective tool for managing tasks and projects. The color-coded cards and boards effectively display tasks, priorities, and progress, and the mobile apps make it easy to keep up with tasks and projects no matter where you are.

There is nothing wrong with the tools or features as they are functioning optimally and the design is excellent.

I have tried many Kanban solutions out there but non comes anywhere near Kanban Tool. It is a whole new level of flexibility and clean and beautiful UI. I was able to find every single functionality that I was looking for, therefore I was able to set it up exactly the way I wanted. The UI is so clean and beautiful that it helps me instantly clear my mind and focus on the work with joy. Perfect tool if you need to add extra clarity to your life.

No cons whatsoever, I absolutely love this product.

i really can't find something that i could call cons

I found this program by accident while doing a bit of research on Kanban. I use Asana or Evernote typically, however those programs are clunky and lack the streamlined functionality of the Kanban workflow. Then I found Kanban Tool! I use this program mainly for personal and household management and it really has saved my ADHD brain from getting caught up in details that might hinder my workflow that other programs have. A great tool for neurodivergent folks!

My small complaint is I wish it was a little functional from my mobile device. Maybe an app in the future will help with that!

You can start really easy and grow while using. The Setup is made very fast and the Powerups helps to not overload your Board. But the most useful feature which I didn't find anywhere else so far is, that you can show the ToDo-List of every card in the Board from the Beginning (always on). You don't need to expand it every time you want to look whats to do. Great feature! Hint: Check the PowerUps in Settings!

You have to take care how much Cards you pin to the board becaus it can get look overloaded fast. The missing of "EPIC" leads to use Swimlines as Epic (which works surprisingly good), but makes the board big in some cases. In General, Dependencys between the Cards can be created and Cards can be linked, but there is no visible Dependency on the Board itself (f.e. cards in cards ore somethind like that). On the other side, this is a good opportunity to not over-administrate your work ;-)

When working as software development manager with multiple teams juggling many priorities and interruptions, I found the Kanban methodology extraordinarily beneficial in helping to organize multiple complex work streams. This affordable Kanban tool provides the same benefits for managing my personal affairs and volunteer organization commitments, by helping me easily break down often daunting/unpleasant epics into manageable chunks and defining the custom workflow I need to most effectively actually progress/accomplish them.

No shortcomings yet for my use but will update if I uncover any.

I would like a little more reporting granularity so I can see and analyze times work spends sitting and show that in a graphical way. I would like a tighter restriction on WIP limits. It is present but not enforced.

I love that I can really customize the cards. This is the only tool that allowed me to create flexible cards that fit my varied uses.

I found that the android app was less polished than I would have liked, but I don't use it so it's not an issue for me.

I like this tool in managing and deliberations of task to my team. I can easily organized the activities and monitor their work.

So far I have no negative experienced in this software. The functions and features are very great and easy to use.

The ability to color-code an put into customized swimlanes, gives a great overview of tasks and deadlines. The ability to take notes in tasks provides the option to have both an agile management tool and a document handling system in one place.

I have not found any shortcomings in my use of Kanban tool, I have reached out to the support team, as I felt I was missing a feature, and they were quick to respond and guide me to the needed solution

Implementing Kanban boards on any industry not only helps improving time, resources and making life easier... If you know how to implement them. It's not that troublesome and thats what is great about this tool, finally a version online that is easily editable and adapted to your project needs is at your fingertips. No wonder why so many great companies are among their clients.

It's a little pricey for the small project manager but for bigger and more ambitious managers is this worth every penny.

the free version is limited to two users and two tables, if you want to add more users and tables you have to choose the paid option, in addition the free version is used to manage only simple projects with small teams

I am using Kanban Tool for both my business and personal tasks. I have started a new startup and it's important to not forget tasks and track the time of every task. share my board to colleagues and ask them to use it. Kanban supports lot's of features which they are so useful. It is so user friendly and easy to use. A lot of things happen with a simple drag and drop.

There are different features which I don't need them.

There should be a provision to get rid of the completed tasks while maintaining history.

Flexibility got me. I love, how I am able to group all the tasks, use oh so many colors, a personalized background, and much more. And all of that in the free version!

It offers so many possibilities how to be remioneded of an due task, exept one: some sort of pop-up on the kanban board.

If you are looking for a simple cloud based tool to get rid of your paper notes and Outlook notifications there are no cons in my opinion.

I was looking for a tool easy to use to help me organizing my daily work. Kanban Tool is really easy to handle and need only few minutes to set up. I currently use it daily to organize my work. It allows me to keep an eye on what I need to do, what I am waiting for and what was done previously. It is very helpful to free my mind from remembering all those things.

I don't use Kanban Tool for too long. So, I haven't seen any features that could be improved for the moment.

Design. Ease of use. Customisation flexibility. I'm a visual person, for me it's very important. Color-coding, layout, tags, custom fields. Here it looks really simple and it makes you really do the job instead of trying to figure out "how to"s

No cons for me. Maybe just small one, for me it would be cool to be able to join some sections vertically.
