“Invoicing is very good feature, this is how I generate my invoices where as before I used Google Docs..Now my invoices are dynamic to my timesheets and I can add the tasks/projects and even apply discounts if needed. You can add custom logo too but that's pretty much where the customization ends. There are a few issues like they seem to have forgotten to add payment details in, which is funny because this is why we invoice! Luckily there's a notes section so I've had to add it into this area every time I create a new invoice, I have contacted them regarding this but I don't think it's on their roadmap which is a real shame as it's something that's been completely overlooked..I've actually had unpaid invoices because I've forgot to add it into the notes, sometimes account departments don't even let you know there's no payment details on an invoice until you chase! ”
