The direct integration ensures that double bookings and other similar issues do not occur. The interface is pretty straightforward, and the new calendar view is a massive improvement. The only thing that keep this from being a five star review is the lack of backed visibility. Integration with Stripe is important because it allows secure, automated payments, simplifies credit card processing, and ensures fast, reliable transactions for both guests and hosts.

All payments for FRB Rentals not done by Airbnb (which has their own processing engine), are done through STRIPE and the integration is seamless.

Hostfully charges an additional stripe fee for using this integration,, while this is standard, imho hostfully grift is a bit high.

Collect payments since VRBO won't do it now because we use Hostfully. Stripe is hard to use and find how to make refunds.

We use Stripe on our Direct Booking site as well as for our VRBO integration. Excellent integration and great partner.

Payments go directly to owner accounts so our company does not handle distribution of rents collected

I'm able to accept payments through Stripe and Hostfully marks the reservation as paid.

Expensive service but the integration seems to not be clear on some channels like VRBO

I like Pricelabs changing my pricing daily taking into account at demand and how far out the date is. The daily changes is also supposed to put us higher on the search. Their graphs are much too difficult to understand; they try to put too much into one graph so it is confusing.

The pricelabs integration saves us from having to pay pricelabs to push prices to multiple channels per listing. makes life very easy.

A key sell to property owners we work with is that we utilize dynamic pricing software to maximize revenue and occupancy.

Turno sends a message to my cleaning team every a new reservation is confirmed. They know they must schedule a cleaning the day the guest checks out. This is done automatically.

We found operto teams to be preferable to turno, although operto doesn't have a cleaner directory, turno checklists leave much to be desired.

We use this to manage all of our cleaners and Hostfully’s integration made it seamless.

We onboarded with Breezeway to mitigate the inability to have multiple service providers that assist with single turnovers. We love breezeway's customer support and dedicated account reps.

Scheduling cleaners across 40+ properties is critical for us — we experimented with VRScheduler but have better enjoyed the ease-of-use and feature set of Breezeway.

OMG - a must have for getting turnovers and inspections scheduled and completed the same way every time.

This is one of the most important integrations and unfortunately, the one that Hostfully has been experiencing a technical issue with (on Hostfully's end) that has taken over a month so far and no updates.

RemoteLock automatically assigns codes to guests, inputs the codes in the e-locks, then deletes the code after the reservation. Hostfully sends the code info to the guest automatically.
